Americana – STREAMING

The film is divided into five parts and features a colorful cast of characters. These include a man who frequently proposes marriage (Paul Walter Hauser), a shy waitress hoping to become a country singer (Sydney Sweeney), and a young boy who believes he’s the reincarnation of Sitting Bull (Gavin Maddox Bergman). The group is rounded out by a collection of dishonest individuals, creating a chaotic atmosphere reminiscent of a talk show green room. The story centers around a valuable ghost shirt owned by the self-absorbed businessman Duvall (Toby Huss). Antiques dealer Roy Lee Dean (Simon Rex) hires some criminals to steal it, which quickly leads to violence and hints at the film’s ultimate outcome. Others are also interested in the ghost shirt, including Mandy (Halsey, styled after Joan Jett) and the waitress, both of whom see it as a way to improve their lives.

The Pokemon Company Has Lost Its Way and Me as a Fan

I’ve lost a lot of my enthusiasm for Pokemon recently. The Pokemon Company doesn’t seem to care much about what made the games great in the past, and their attempts at new ideas haven’t been very impressive. What’s even more frustrating is their focus on making as much money as possible, charging high prices for extra content and restricting features unless you pay more. When I see announcements for games like *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* and the next generation of mainline games, I just don’t feel excited anymore.

2019’s Creepiest Horror Movie Finally Returns to Streaming (And ‘90s Kids Are Still Scared Of It)

As a big fan of spooky stories, I was thrilled when André Øvredal’s take on *Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark* hit Peacock on September 1st. The movie follows a group of teenagers who find a book full of terrifying tales in a creepy, old house. Things get really intense when they realize the stories aren’t just *about* scary things – they start *living* them! It was a huge success when it came out, making over $105 million worldwide, and critics really liked it too – it earned a ‘Certified Fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes with a 78% score. Guillermo del Toro produced it, which definitely added to the appeal!

Canceled Sci-Fi Masterpiece Show Continues with Sequel, 3 Years After It Ended Too Soon

Based on the popular sci-fi books by James S.A. Corey, *The Expanse* delivered exactly what many viewers wanted: realistic, science-driven stories with complex characters, all set in a stunning and futuristic world. The show had everything going for it – high-quality production, engaging political plots, and compelling personal stories. However, it was canceled after six seasons, and this wasn’t the first time. Originally, the Syfy channel canceled *The Expanse* after three seasons, but Amazon revived it for another three. Unfortunately, Amazon then canceled the show before it could adapt the remaining three books, leaving fans disappointed.
