Starting September 1st, Paramount+ added the first three *Scary Movie* films to its streaming library. These classic horror comedies, starring Anna Faris as Cindy Campbell and Regina Hall as Brenda Meeks, are known for playfully poking fun at popular horror films. The first two movies, directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans and written by and starring Marlon and Shawn Wayans, spoofed hits like *Scream*, *I Know What You Did Last Summer*, *Halloween*, *The Exorcist*, *Poltergeist*, and *Stigmata*. *Scary Movie 3* was the first installment without the Wayans brothers’ direct involvement, and it parodied films like *The Ring*, *Signs*, and *8 Mile*. While the later films, 2006’s *Scary Movie 4* and 2013’s *Scary Movie 5*, aren’t on Paramount+, you can watch them for free on Tubi.

Shortly after the announcement of *Pokopia*, Pocket Pair revealed its own relaxing game, *Palworld: Palfarm*. Both games involve collecting creatures within a cozy setting, but they’re approaching the genre in different ways. *Pokopia* seems focused on building and shaping the land, while *Palfarm* appears to be a more traditional farming simulator. While neither game is exactly the *Pokemon Conciergestyle experience I was hoping for, I’m surprisingly finding myself more excited about *Palfarm*.

Netflix released its list of the top 10 most popular movies for the week of September 15th to 21st. “The Wrong Paris” was number one, having premiered on September 12th. It moved up from second place the previous week (September 8th-14th) and topped the charts with 21.8 million views, just ahead of “Kpop Demon Hunters” which had 21.2 million views.

Even heroes make mistakes, but Batman’s actions sometimes go beyond simple errors in judgment. He’s done truly awful things – actions so troubling they make you wonder if he’s actually a hero, or if he’s contributing to the problems in Gotham City. Here are seven of his worst moments, actions that really make you question everything you thought you knew about the Dark Knight.

On this week’s *2 Bears, 1 Cave* podcast, Tom Segura asked James Gunn about the new Batman in the DC Universe – specifically, whether he’ll be wearing the classic blue and gray suit instead of the darker, all-black version seen in recent movies. While Gunn didn’t directly answer, his response highlighted a key principle: he’s prioritizing strong characters and storytelling over fan expectations about details like costumes. He wants to focus on what made Batman so popular in the first place, rather than getting caught up in superficial elements.

The popular action game Gungrave is returning with a complete overhaul! Gungrave G.O.R.E.: Blood Heat is a fresh start for the series, built with the powerful Unreal Engine 5. The game features completely redesigned combat and levels, updating the intense gunfights while preserving the original’s dark and gritty atmosphere. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the series, you can jump right in and experience the signature dual-pistol action. It launches on November 12, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S and PC, and will be available on Game Pass from day one.

Qualcomm’s Kedar Kondap announced significant advancements in gaming, highlighting collaborations to expand the number of games available on Snapdragon platforms. The new Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme delivers twice the performance of the current Snapdragon X Elite in popular, demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Red Dead Redemption 2, representing a major performance improvement over the past year.

Now that both *28 Days Later* and its upcoming sequel, *28 Years Later*, are available on Netflix, I revisited the original zombie film and was reminded of how much I enjoy a surprisingly lighthearted scene. It’s a moment with no zombies or suspense, just pure, simple fun.
