The X-Men reboot isn’t just introducing Marvel’s most famous and powerful heroes; it’s also set to feature well-known villains. In the Marvel Comics universe, the X-Men’s enemies are incredibly strong and dangerous, and bringing them into the live-action MCU could create a major challenge for the franchise and its heroes. While some of these villains have appeared in live-action projects before, Marvel Studios has the opportunity to finally showcase their full potential.

While some argue that a specific animated Batman series features the best and most original portrayal of the villains, the sheer number of different shows demonstrates this isn’t the case. What these series offer isn’t just the greatest Batman villains terrorizing Gotham, but clear evidence that they are the definitive interpretations of those characters. Regardless of when or how they were animated, these villains consistently challenged Batman, and occasionally even defeated him.

I recently spoke with Infiniti about the film, and she shared how she felt when Paul Anderson – during a press screening, no less – said that “this movie was waiting for Chase.” Honestly, her reaction was priceless! She told me she literally thought, ‘Oh my god!’ And it makes sense, considering Anderson actually *started* writing the script 20 years ago. Hearing about how the story, and the casting, evolved, and how he brought on amazing co-stars like Teyana Taylor and Regina Hall, along with the entire team, was just…surreal. She truly feels blessed to have been a part of it, and I have to say, after seeing the film, I can understand why.

When talking about what’s next for the show, “Swampy” began by saying, “We’ve decided which characters we’re definitely going to eliminate-laughs.” Povenmire continued, “We’re going to focus on Irving as the central character. We’re enjoying the creative process as much as we did during the fifth season. I believe some of the upcoming episodes will become truly iconic and memorable for viewers. Fans watching season six will likely exclaim, ‘I remember this happening in this episode!’ We’re experimenting more with the established elements of the series, playfully subverting expectations while remaining faithful to the show’s core.”

2026 is set to be a big year for the Hulk, as he’s scheduled to appear in Spider-Man: Brand New Day with Spider-Man and the Punisher. According to reports, a specific version of the character from the comics will finally be brought to life on screen, causing plenty of trouble. If this happens, it will be fantastic to see the Hulk unleashed again. Despite this, he won’t be the most powerful character in the MCU, as a new variant has just been introduced that seems unbeatable.

People generally believed Doomsday was a creature created solely for destruction. He did, after all, cause widespread chaos throughout the universe before being entombed on early Earth. However, The Omega Act Special revealed a previously unknown history of Krypton’s greatest weapon, demonstrating that he wasn’t originally intended to be Superman’s archenemy. Surprisingly, he was actually designed to assist Superman in protecting the universe.

The Saw franchise began in 2003 with the work of James Wan and Leigh Whannell, and it’s continued to be popular, though the quality of the films has varied quite a bit over time. Even with some movies receiving negative reviews, the Saw series still has a dedicated fanbase, and Jigsaw’s elaborate traps have had a significant and lasting impact on the horror genre.
