The fan-made *Attack on Titan: Requiem* was released online for free on January 15th as an alternate ending to the anime series. Despite being a free project created by Studio Eclypse, it faced legal issues with Kodansha. According to Eclypse, they weren’t directly notified about any copyright complaints. Instead, Kodansha issued subpoenas to send them DMCA takedown requests directly. Eclypse has now removed the videos specified in the legal documents, just as they did when initially requested, but they wish they had been informed about the issue a month ago when it first arose.
Many anime characters are incredibly powerful, sometimes seeming like gods. However, this list focuses on 10 characters who are overpowered, but in a way that feels earned and makes them uniquely memorable. We’ve left out characters whose power feels arbitrary, like Zeno from *Dragon Ball*, and instead highlighted those with a distinct personality and impressive abilities.
Akaza, one of the strongest demons, returns in the first part of this story to fight Tanjiro again. Tanjiro is determined to avenge the death of Kyojuro Rengoku and stop Akaza, and he’s aided by Giyu Tomioka, a powerful demon slayer. Their battle is the most exciting part of the series, but it has a very sad ending. A brief look into Akaza’s past also moved many viewers.
While finding love is the main point of *The Bachelor* shows, the *Golden Bachelor* spinoffs have really become popular because of the friendships the contestants make with each other. I’m hoping Mel Owens’ season keeps showing those connections, and I’d actually enjoy seeing even more focus on them.
