In this rewording: The original scene featuring Jason Momoa’s Aquaman making a reference to the rumors about him sleeping with the fishes (metaphorically) has been altered in the “previously on the DCU” recap for season 2. Instead, Isabela Merced’s Hawkgirl dismisses Peacemaker as a meathead, and Nathan Fillion’s Green Lantern Guy Gardner expresses his dislike of him, adding that Aquaman spreads rumors about him being a ‘puke freak’.

The game “OPUS: Echo of Starsong” initially debuted on PC through Steam on September 1, 2021. Later, the expanded version called “Full Bloom Edition” appeared on Nintendo Switch on May 11, 2022, Xbox One on August 24, 2022, and iOS on November 17, 2022.

Gyomei, a highly favored character among manga readers, may not be as well-known to those who only watch anime. On his birthday, August 23rd, the official anime website shared an endearing chibi image of him in a white outfit with a green haori, contrasting his usual black uniform. The setting is festive, filled with soft colored flowers, balloons, and ribbons, all typical for a celebration. Additionally, the animation studio responsible for Demon Slayer’s anime, Ufotable, posted special merchandise based on Gyomei’s official birthday card.

Fans of the manga really love Gyomei, but he might not be as popular among anime-only fans. His birthday was August 23rd, and the anime website shared a cute image of him dressed differently in white with a green jacket. The scene is decorated for a party with balloons, flowers, and ribbons. Ufotable, who makes Demon Slayer’s animation, also made special items based on Gyomei’s birthday card for fans to buy.

The Young Avengers initially emerged as a successor group to the Avengers, adopting symbols reminiscent of their predecessors and creating entirely new characters such as Patriot, Iron Lad, Hulking, Wiccan, Hawkeye II, Stature, and Speed. Their early stories during the ’00s Marvel era and the second volume of Marvel NOW! are often overlooked but highly regarded. The addition of members like America Chavez and Noh-Varr in this later series is thought to surpass the original. At one point, it appeared that the Young Avengers would be shaping the future of the Marvel Universe; however, that prediction hasn’t fully materialized, leading us to ponder: Will the Young Avengers prove to be Marvel’s next great next-gen team, or have they already reached their peak?

In my perspective as a fan, both “Prometheus” and “Covenant” have stirred up debate within the “Alien” universe, yet they remain integral parts of its lore. Recently in an interview with Empire Magazine, Hawley hinted that he would steer clear from the subjects tackled in those films without explicitly confirming potential contradictions. Consequently, it’s entirely plausible that the terrifying creatures in this upcoming series could have originated directly from the Engineers’ homeworld, where David was free to conduct unchecked genetic experiments.

At Amanda Waller’s command to hide U.S. government links with Project Starfish and the menacing alien entity Starro, Peacemaker was forced to eliminate Col. Flag when he aimed to expose the truth to the media. Later, Bloodsport dispatched Peacemaker, leading the rest of Task Force X off-course, where they valiantly rescued Corto Maltese from Starro’s grasp.

Marvel and DC Comics are teaming up once more, an event that has been absent for many years. So far, there’s no word about The Hulk participating in these crossovers, but given his popularity among Marvel fans, it’s just a matter of time before he makes an appearance. The Hulk has faced off against some of the mightiest Marvel heroes, so witnessing him fight DC’s champions promises to be exciting. Although there are many DC characters that The Hulk could easily overwhelm, these seven DC heroes would actually be able to defeat him (and Batman is not one of them), effectively bringing The Hulk down a few notches.
