Last December, we finally got news that an anime adaptation, made by Satelight, is coming out in 2026! While we wait, Manga Plus has put all the chapters online for fans to read before the anime premieres. 2024’s Best Anime Film Gets New Look Ahead of a Special Release

A new collection of materials from the film’s production is coming soon, featuring previously unpublished sketches by the director and notes detailing how the movie was made. As reported by Comic Natalie, the cover art, created by Oshiyama, shows Ayumu Fujino, the film’s main character, working at his desk. To celebrate the release, the director will be signing copies of the book on March 16th and 17th at the Look Back art exhibition in Tokyo’s Azabudai Hills Gallery. Attendees will need to make reservations beforehand.
