Look, not every disastrous game launch gets the attention it deserves. Some developers try to fix things, others just say they will, and a rare few actually put in the work to deliver what they originally promised, hoping to win back players. A perfect example is MindsEye, which was easily the worst game of 2025, and honestly, one of the worst I’ve ever played. The developers are so determined to prove it’s actually good that they’re throwing update after update at it, trying to salvage it. But honestly, no matter how much they patch it, I just don’t think it’s a game worth saving.

A recent message urged fans to see the new anime film in theaters, noting that one voice actor, Kensuke Tsuda, doesn’t appear in it at all. The message was posted on the anime’s official X account alongside a drawing by the author, Sorachi, showing his character alongside Tsuda. Tsuda voiced the minor character Shijaku in the Silver Soul Arc of the original anime. Even though he isn’t in the remake, Tsuda is helping to promote it. He’s also well-known for voicing popular characters like Nanami Kento in Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Nicolas from Gangsta. While there’s no news yet about a U.S. release date, an announcement is expected in the coming months.

The game proved quite challenging for many players, likely due to limited resources and aggressive enemies. However, a new free update introduces ‘Temporal Diver’ difficulty – an easy mode that lets players enjoy the story without the constant threat of being defeated.

The online co-op features in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker are still available, and they’re a highlight of the game. While these modes weren’t fully appreciated at launch, they’re incredibly fun now. You can team up with friends for the game’s complex story missions and epic boss battles, or compete in fast-paced deathmatches with up to six players. Mastering the game’s mechanics makes these matches especially challenging and rewarding.

A prominent Resident Evil insider, Dusk Golem, recently shared on X (formerly Twitter) that Capcom is targeting a release of Resident Evil 10 sooner than many expect. If the information is correct, the wait between Resident Evil Requiem and Resident Evil 10 will be just three years – significantly shorter than the five-year gap between Resident Evil Village and Resident Evil Requiem.

Amazon faced criticism last year for using artificial intelligence to create English dubs for popular anime series on its streaming service, including Banana Fish, Vinland Saga, and No Game No Life. Fans strongly disliked the AI-generated dubs, leading Amazon to remove them. So far, the company hasn’t used this technology for any other anime, and it doesn’t appear they plan to in the future.

Despite their huge budgets, modern Godzilla movies don’t quite capture the special appeal of the older Shōwa and Heisei eras. While those were generally the peak years for the franchise, even then, some films from those periods are still underrated and deserve more recognition.

The Secret Invasion series highlights many of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s weaknesses, and it’s especially disappointing because the original comic book was excellent. Published in 2008 by Marvel, the Secret Invasion comic – created by Brian Michael Bendis and Leinil Yu – featured a fantastic build-up spanning four years. Though not flawless, the comic is a landmark Avengers story from the 2000s. Seeing Marvel Studios mishandle such a promising and important story feels like a real missed opportunity.
