Bruno Chabanel, CEO of Artefacts Studio, shared that creating the game felt like a big honor and a lot of fun for fans of Descent. With Terrinoth: Heroes of Descent, the team aimed to recreate the excitement of a classic dungeon crawl board game as a tactical RPG for computers and consoles. They wanted a game that was easy to learn but offered plenty of strategic depth, with numerous ways to build your team and discover new combinations, all while offering a cooperative multiplayer experience that captures the original board game’s atmosphere.

If you enjoy fast-paced medieval adventures with compelling characters, you won’t want to miss this film. Interestingly, it later served as a key inspiration for George R.R. Martin, the author of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon. He specifically drew from it when adapting his Tales of Dunk and Egg story, The Hedge Knight, into A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.

As a critic, I have to say DC’s Camelot 3000, launched in 1982 and running for twelve issues, was a real game-changer. Working with writer Mike W. Barr, artist Bolland delivered something truly special, even if it took a few years to complete. This series arrived during a particularly creative period for DC, and I think it genuinely helped shape the company’s direction. It proved comics could be for adults, and it did so right alongside Alan Moore’s Swamp Thing, which often gets the credit for kicking off that shift. Honestly, Camelot 3000 was on another level entirely, and it still holds up remarkably well today.

Shuhei Tanizaki’s manga, Gonron Egg, started last fall with a lot of potential as a new science-fiction fantasy adventure. The story follows Gonron and a prince who is still in his egg as they battle dangerous monsters, but it hasn’t found a large audience. Recent developments suggest the series is nearing its conclusion – the latest chapter jumps forward three years and sets the stage for a final, quick resolution.

The latest stage adaptation of Demon Slayer – titled Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Stage Part 6: Hashira Training – Infinity Castle Penetration – will cover events from both the recent movie and the storyline leading up to it. This is the sixth installment of the popular anime’s stage play, and many original cast members are returning. Along with the introduction of new villains from the Infinity Castle arc, the production has released first looks at the characters and the actors portraying them. You can find details on the cast, a new trailer, and a teaser poster for the play, which will be performed in Japan from June 13th to 28th this summer.

Guerrilla Games has revealed a new Horizon game, a co-op spin-off for both PlayStation 5 and PC. Players will experience a visually striking world with pre-designed characters, and the game was announced just last week.
