The eagerly awaited Pokemon Trading Card Game set has been officially unveiled and named “Supercharged Breaker”. This announcement was made at Japan’s Champions League, as reported by PokeBeach. The release date for Japan is scheduled for October 18th. Notably, the artwork for this set showcases a prominent Stellar Tera Pikachu, and players can anticipate both a traditional Pikachu ex card and a secret version. Although leaks had previously hinted at its existence, we now have official confirmation along with the release date. In line with previous sets, “Supercharged Breaker” will not be independently released in North America; instead, it will be included in the “Surging Sparks” set which is planned for North American release in November.

2024 has seen a bit of a slowdown in new Nintendo Switch game releases, given that the Nintendo Switch 2 is scheduled for next year. While October 2024 might not be overflowing with must-have Nintendo Switch games like previous years, there’s still a stack of exciting titles coming our way for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and Nintendo Switch OLED owners.
