Following the announcement of a farming-focused spin-off to *Palworld*, called *Palworld: Palfarm*, the developers at Pocketpair hint at another surprise reveal. Communications manager John Buckley shared on social media that they have one more announcement to make, but details – including when it will be shown – remain a mystery.
A fan recently asked Pocketpair CEO Bucky if *Palworld: Palfarm* was the project he’d previously hinted at, mentioning it was still years away from being revealed. He replied that it wasn’t, teasing that they have something “even CRAZIER” in the works. While details are scarce, it’s not surprising Pocketpair has more projects planned, given the massive success of *Palworld*.
This week, the developers announced *Palworld: Palfarm*, a new farming simulation game coming to PC. While a specific release date hasn’t been revealed yet, the game lets you build and manage a farm with the help of creatures called Pals. A trailer has been released, offering a glimpse of the gameplay. As you’d expect from a farming sim, you’ll be able to cook, trade, and raise your Pals, all while building up your farm.
The game will also include multiplayer, but it’s still unclear if players will each have their own farms or collaborate on a single farm. Pocketpair hasn’t announced how many players will be able to play together in one session.
Pocketpair recently announced that *Palworld* is expected to fully launch in 2026, moving out of Early Access. While a specific release date hasn’t been set, the developers hinted at more announcements coming later in 2025. According to Pocketpair’s Buckley, finishing and polishing the game for its 1.0 release has presented some difficulties.
According to Buckley, the team at Pocketpair is already planning the future of *Palworld*, but their priority is now finishing the 1.0 version and officially leaving Early Access. They acknowledge the game currently has some issues and bugs, and want to fix these before a full release. They plan to begin addressing these problems this year, with the goal of launching *Palworld* 1.0 in 2026. They believe this extra time will result in a significantly improved game.
I’m having a blast playing *Palworld* – it’s out on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. They recently dropped a huge update back in June called the Tides of *Terraria* update, and it’s awesome! It added a really cool feature where you can build trust with your Pals, and even a super challenging Moon Lord raid. Definitely worth checking out!
No. That is something even CRAZIER 🙂
