I was so excited when the second season finally hit Paramount+! It’s one of the funniest animated shows to come out in recent years, and I was really counting down the days after waiting over two years for more episodes. They dropped all 18 episodes at once on April 1st, alongside some great movies like Drillbit Taylor and The Addams Family. Honestly, it felt like a real treat for fans – this show is quickly becoming a modern classic!
The hilarious series Digman!, created by Neil Campbell and Andy Samberg, is now available in full! After initially appearing on Comedy Central in 2023, the second season—all 18 episodes—became available on Paramount+ on April 1st, following its airing in July and August 2025. The show stars Andy Samberg as Rip Digman, a once-famous archaeologist trying to reclaim his glory. Twelve years after a personal tragedy and a devastating betrayal, Rip returns to adventure, traveling the globe with his team to find legendary treasures and restore his reputation.
Andy Samberg and Tim Robinson’s Digman! Is a Must-Watch Sitcom Guaranteed To Make You Laugh
Samberg and Robinson, who first gained recognition on Saturday Night Live and collaborated on the Netflix series I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, have teamed up again for Digman!, and the result is hilarious. Critics have called the adult animated comedy “quality nonsense” and compared it to a mix of MacGruber, National Treasure, and TaleSpin. It’s the kind of show that will have you laughing uncontrollably. Samberg’s performance as Rip, featuring a comically exaggerated voice reminiscent of Nic Cage, is a highlight, but the show’s quick-witted jokes and clever parodies of pop culture – including playful references to Indiana Jones and its iconic imagery – make it consistently funny from start to finish.
If you enjoy adult animated comedies like Rick and Morty or Inside Job, this series is a great pick. Each episode throws the characters into a wild, high-stakes adventure – whether they’re hunting for the Ten Commandments, a famous dagger, or even a lost hat! – and delivers fast-paced action. While it’s not reinventing the wheel, Digman! excels at being delightfully absurd and funny, and its ridiculous premise is what makes it so enjoyable. The second season continues this trend.
Will There Be a Digman! Season 3?
It’s been over six months since the second season of Digman! finished airing on Comedy Central, and its future remains uncertain. While the show hasn’t been officially cancelled or renewed, Andy Samberg mentioned in February that it’s not completely over and that discussions about its future are still happening.
