James Gunn recently revealed the song list for the fifth episode of Peacemaker Season 2 before it aired.

James Gunn, the creator of Peacemaker Season 2, shared the song list for Episode 5 on his Instagram. The season’s opening theme is “Oh Lord” by Foxy Shazam, following Season 1’s opening song, “Do Ya Wanna Taste It” by Wig Wam.

In addition to the previously announced tracks, “Ain’t That Kind of Girl” by Diemonds, Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain,” and “Take Me For a Ride” by Bad City have been added to the official Peacemaker playlist on Spotify for fans to enjoy.

Fans are loving the music choices in Peacemaker Season 2, especially the intro song, “Oh Lord.” Director James Gunn told Tech Radar he knew this song was perfect for the season’s vibe. He briefly considered other options, including another song by Foxy Shazam and reusing “Do You Wanna Taste It?” from Season 1, but ultimately felt “Oh Lord” best captured the tone of the new season, just as “Do You Wanna Taste It?” had done previously.
