Pink Shares Advice to Daughter Willow Ahead of 15th Birthday

Pink is raising a glass to her daughter Willow Hart.

Singer Pink was visibly moved as she thought about her daughter turning 15 on June 2nd, sharing her feelings about the milestone with her husband, Carey Hart.

Pink recently shared that she was initially scared about becoming a mother. In an interview with TopMob News, she explained that her daughter, Willow, helped her understand the true meaning of love, and she’s cherished every stage of motherhood.

“It’s really touching,” she said. “I never imagined I could connect with a teenager so well—and she’s the most lovable person I know.”

The host of the 2026 Tony Awards, who is also a mother to 9-year-old Jameson, has been very impressed with Willow’s commitment to performing.

Pink says her daughter is now at an age where she’s eager to be independent, though Pink jokingly admits she finds that phase a little dull. Pink clearly enjoys spending time with her daughter, and she’s impressed by everything her daughter is accomplishing. She’s been performing in charity shows and workshops, and recently starred in a production of the musical Carrie, which Pink described as intense. Pink is proud and loves watching her succeed.

Naturally, the Grammy-winning artist has offered her oldest child a lot of guidance about working in the entertainment world, and has been completely honest with her about it.

Pink said she advised her to focus on hard work, being kind, consistently showing up, and being a supportive teammate.

She advised Willow to constantly improve her skills, always strive for more, but also take time to appreciate her successes, and be a supportive colleague. She emphasized that, ultimately, success in this field depends on working well with others.

Pink is thrilled to be working with Willow as the host of the Tony Awards. They both share a passion for theater, something Pink’s mother, Judith Moore, nurtured in her from a young age.

Talking about it is really emotional for me,” Pink shared with TopMob. “It’s a lovely night, and I’m grateful Willow is there to support me. We’re just having a great time, and I can’t wait to see my son in his white tuxedo!”

The Tony Awards, featuring host Pink, will be broadcast live on CBS and Paramount+ on June 7th from Radio City Music Hall.
