The HD remake of the popular game *Plants vs. Zombies*, called *Replanted*, isn’t officially released until later this week. But players who bought it through the EA App have found a way to play early by downloading the game and adjusting a file. This early access has unfortunately revealed several issues with the remake.
According to a review by GabrielOflTM, the game *Replanted* is significantly flawed. It’s missing levels, some levels don’t work at all, and the graphics look blurry. There are also many bugs, strange loading screens between menus and the game’s introduction, and menus that appear to be from the mobile version. Furthermore, the correct music doesn’t play in any of the levels, and if you try to increase the game’s speed, the music speeds up with it.
The game isn’t quite hitting the mark for both dedicated fans and new players. Electronic Arts hasn’t commented on these issues yet, but we’ll keep you updated on any news or fixes they release.
The popular game *Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted* will be available on October 23rd for a variety of platforms, including Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and 4, PC, Xbox One, and both Nintendo Switch models. It will cost $19.99.
