Okay, so Sony just announced a bunch more games coming to PlayStation Plus in June 2026! Right now, if you’re a PS Plus member, you can grab Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and EA Sports FC 26 for free this month. But if you’re on the Extra or Premium tiers, get ready – a whole new bunch of games are hitting the Game Catalog in under a week! I’m excited to see what they are.
The biggest highlight for the PS Plus Game Catalog this June is likely to be Final Fantasy XVI, launching on June 16th. This popular installment in the Final Fantasy series came out in 2023 and was a hit with both players and reviewers. Joining Final Fantasy XVI this month are other great games like Sonic X Shadow Generations, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, and Blades of Fire. For PS Plus Premium subscribers, the classic PS2 game Gitaroo Man is the only new addition this month.

Overall, Sony is offering a really strong selection of games with this new addition to the PS Plus Game Catalog. Several of these titles are quite recent, having only come out in 2025. This makes PS Plus an even better deal for those who subscribe, as they can play these new games so soon after release.
Sony hasn’t announced the free games coming to PS Plus next month. We expect to find out which games will be included on July 1st, and they should be available to download starting July 7th. We’ll share the news here on ComicBook as soon as it’s announced.
