For her 40th birthday, the former Suits actress shared a daring photo of the Pretty Little Liars star – completely nude.

The actor shared on Instagram on October 28th, with a photo of Troian relaxing by the pool with their dog, Beans, how amazed he is by her and how grateful he is to share life with her. He added that he cherishes every moment of it.

Besides the nude photo, Patrick also posted pictures of the actress in an ice bath, while hiking, and relaxing in bed with their seven-year-old daughter, Aurora. He also shared a photo of her with their four-year-old daughter, Elliot, on a yoga mat at their lake house.

Earlier this year, Troian shared how she and her husband manage their busy lives and careers to make the most of their time together.

She recently told New Beauty that she believes their shared success as actors is a key reason for their strong relationship. They initially connected because they were both filming shows at the same time of year with comparable schedules, even though those shows were located in different cities.

We really understood each other’s situations and felt a lot of empathy. It was frustrating not being able to spend as much time together as we wanted, but we both supported each other’s careers, knowing it was important. Now that we have kids, everything has fallen into place nicely with our jobs.
