The Pokémon Company announced that the new Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, “Fantastical Parade,” will be released on January 28th.
Okay, so the new set, Fantastical Parade, is dropping soon, and it’s HUGE! It’s bringing Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards, which is awesome. But the biggest news for me is that Ogerpon, a Legendary Pokémon, is finally showing up in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket as Teal Mask Ogerpon ex! Basically, it’s a great time to start collecting and building some seriously powerful decks, especially since they’re also including Mega Gardevoir in the new booster packs. I can’t wait to try it all out!
Additionally, a free update will follow on January 29, introducing the following features:
- New Message Function – Players can choose from preset messages to share whether they’d like to trade for a wishlisted card or a card in an alternate language.
- New Random Battle Option – As part of the solo battle feature, players will have the option to participate in a random battle where an opponent’s deck will be a surprise until the battle begins.
Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is available now for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play.
