Below Deck fans have never seen a voyage as rough as this one.
During the July 28 episode of Bravo Series’ Season 12, the crew had no choice but to contact the local authorities due to an intoxicated guest who ignored instructions and placed herself in potentially harmful situations.
Following the embarkation of the St. David alongside her companions, vacationer Kelly – slightly overindulged with cocktails – recklessly leaped into the water without wearing a life jacket, disregarding the cautions given by the crew.
Captain Kerry Titheradge advised the other charter passengers, “I’ll need to stop serving alcohol to Kelly because she’s already had too much.
Kelly’s friend Helen agreed with the decision, replying, “100 percent okay with that.”
After I took the bold step of diving into the sparkling waters of the Caribbean Sea while under the influence, my fellow crew members felt compelled to address my adventurous actions that carried a certain level of risk.
In a private moment, Kerry expressed, “Her leaping into the water at this very instant can be seen as a bold challenge. What truly matters to me now is her wellbeing and that of my team. If you disregard my explicit instructions and do the exact opposite, we have a significant issue on our hands.
However, Kelly refused to discontinue the party without a struggle. Upon returning on board, she instigated Deckhand Jess Theron to pursue her in the water. In a stern tone, she threatened, “I will immediately report this to the authorities and have you removed from the ship if you don’t obey me now. Return inside immediately.
Kelly’s response? “I can do whatever I want. I need a f–king safety.”
As an over-the-moon fanatic, I found myself thrust into action, joining forces with the team to create a protective barrier around Kelly. Determined to resist, she asserted her will by pushing hard against us as we tried to guide her back onto the mega-yacht.
After the unexpected altercation, Kerry understood that he needed to dial the police to get her off the boat.
or
Following the surprising dispute, Kerry realized he should phone the police to evict her from the boat.
or
After the sudden argument, Kerry decided it was necessary to contact the authorities to have her escorted off the boat.
Despite efforts by her friends, Kelly’s dispute with the crew persisted, and she continued to make aggressive statements towards Captain Kerry, showing no signs of calming down.
Kelly made it clear to Kerry, ‘I have ties, even family with the FBI.’ Then, heatedly addressing the camera, she said, ‘They can be real jerks. They’re Democrats, Democrats!’
Kerry retorted firmly, “I won’t tolerate any threats, regardless of who they come from. The final say is mine here, so kindly return to your quarters.
The team, clearly unsettled by the unruly passenger, heard some reassuring advice from Kerry about managing the predicament they found themselves in.
He suggested, “Not everyone enjoys being ordered around,”. In another scenario, she scratched you. Let’s build a barrier between us and simply corner her. If possible, avoid physical contact, but if it involves safety concerns, we have the right to intervene.
After verifying that Kelly wouldn’t be able to leave the ship anymore, Kerry expressed in a private reflection, “I’ve exhausted all possible ways to soothe her. Her friends haven’t managed to calm her, she’s tried to assault me, she’s made threats. She’s highly intoxicated. She might injure herself more, or even drown. I must take whatever steps are necessary to protect her.
Watch as the story unfolds each Monday at 8 p.m., when Below Deck graces our screens on Bravo. Until then, continue scrolling to discover more former guests who found themselves in some unruly situations.
The team, noticeably rattled by the unruly passenger, heard reassuring advice from Kerry about managing the incident effectively.
He suggested that some individuals dislike being ordered around: “Some people prefer making their own decisions,” he said. “She scratched me. Let’s create a barrier and push her back. Whenever possible, let’s avoid physical contact, but if it involves safety concerns, we have the right to intervene.
Following my best attempt to rephrase the given text while maintaining its original meaning and flow:
After confirming that Kelly wouldn’t be able to leave the ship again, Kerry mentioned in a private reflection, “I’ve exhausted all possibilities to soothe her. Her friends aren’t managing to calm her, she’s assaulted me, threatened me. She’s highly intoxicated. She might injure herself more or even drown. I have to take the necessary steps to ensure her safety.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I can’t help but be hooked by the unfolding events on “Below Deck”, airing every Monday at 8 p.m. sharp on Bravo. In between episodes, I invite you to delve deeper into the lives of past guests who, perhaps, ventured a bit too far from the norm.
Over the years, the Bravo franchise has been filled with many exciting and outrageous incidents due to some challenging and pushy guests. One such individual is Georgia, who displayed an inappropriate level of flirtation towards the straightforward captain, Lee Rosbach.
At times, one simply craves a foam celebration – and that’s exactly what this boisterous guest requested. Admittedly, his exuberant dancing in a pool of approximately four inches of foam, under the influence, was certainly unexpected. Yet, did it still manage to be unforgettable due to his infectious enthusiasm? Absolutely!
How should we proceed regarding Delores? This season eight guest on Below Deck created quite a stir, both literally and metaphorically, when she got drunk and jumped into the ocean in the dead of night. To add fuel to the fire, this impromptu swim contradicted Captain Lee’s instruction for everyone to remain on the boat. In an unprecedented move for his career, Captain Lee cut Delores’ charter short and asked her to leave.
However, while being escorted away on the tender, Delores jumped into the ocean. Bold move, lady.
In the second season of “Below Deck Sailing Yacht,” Barrie stepped aboard the Parsifal III accompanied by his mixed family, which consisted of his current fiancé and ex-husband. This diverse group of individuals undeniably kept the crew quite busy. The workload was particularly noticeable for chef Natasha. To begin with, Barrie wasn’t hesitant to send back his breakfast, and he also requested that his family be served individually rather than in a buffet style.
The opening episode of the eighth season of “Below Deck” was particularly unforgettable, especially when charter guests got into an argument involving deckhand James Hough. To be specific, charter guest Shay made a claim on James, but her romantic aspirations were thwarted when her friend Lexi playfully rode a jet ski with him. This led to a disagreement during dinner that left the “Below Deck” team quite astonished.
This episode of Below Deck Mediterranean saw an evening of female camaraderie on the high seas, but as drinks were served, some women found themselves becoming a bit too touchy with deckhand Jack Stirrup. Fortunately, Captain Sandy stepped in to prevent any mishaps.
As a devoted follower, I found myself unwittingly becoming an audience to an impromptu performance. Two of our esteemed passengers decided to engage in a display, which unfortunately for them, was quite visible from the crow’s nest – a vantage point accessible to all and under the watchful eye of the cameras.
In the very same episode, as the team observed a romantic moment between two of their guests by the deck, they additionally found an unwanted reminder of negligence – a discarded condom on a nightstand – when they unexpectedly came across it. This was because none of the passengers had been taught to clean up after themselves before.
Generally speaking, the charter guest is considered to be in the right. But during season two of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, charter guest Erica asked Captain Glenn Shephard to do something to stop the ship from rocking due to a storm. Sadly, given that they were amidst a thunderstorm, Captain Glenn couldn’t alter the weather conditions.
This charter group also showcased some remarkable aspects, such as a woman brimming with tales spanning hours, allegations of bullying within their ranks, and many other intriguing details.
In a somewhat extraordinary demand during an episode of “Below Deck,” guests asked for something quite unusual – colorful gumballs. What made this request stand out was not only its randomness but also the guests’ insistence that the crew could only serve them these specific, colorful gumballs. To add to the peculiarity, they hinted they might demand a helicopter delivery if there were no such gumballs on board.
It seems not all visitors have enjoyed a top-tier journey, yet most are willing to share their reasons. In this installment of Below Deck, it’s discovered that some guests unexpectedly vanished upon arrival and departed without bidding farewell to the staff.
