Can you believe it’s almost December? That means it’s time to find out the last free PlayStation Plus Essential games for the year!
Five games are up for grabs before the year comes to an end.
LEGO Horizon Adventures offers a charming, block-building take on the open-world game Horizon. While it might seem like an unusual combination, the game received positive reviews and is a great option for family gaming during the holidays.
If you’re like me and prefer a seriously spooky or action-packed Christmas, then Killing Floor 3 and The Outlast Trials are where it’s at! Just a heads-up though – you’re gonna need some trustworthy friends to survive those games with you.
Synduality: Echo of Ada is an anime-inspired action game that didn’t get much attention when it first came out earlier this year. While reviews were mixed, the game has improved significantly with several updates since its launch.
Lastly, there’s Neon White—a fast-paced, first-person platformer that’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something unique and surprisingly good.
Now that we’ve covered the basics, we’d love to hear what you think about the December 2025 update for PlayStation Plus Essential! Please vote in our polls and share your honest thoughts in the comments.
