Sony surprised everyone by announcing a new State of Play livestream. Unlike their usual showcases, this one will highlight games developed in Japan and other parts of Asia, plus a few other interesting announcements.
The presentation, lasting a little over 40 minutes, featured major updates for several games. These included a significant update for Gran Turismo 7, new details about Monster Hunter Wilds, and the latest news on Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. Attendees also learned about a new Elden Ring expansion called Nightreign, and a more affordable version of the standard PS5 that will be available in Japan.
Our article, “What Was Announced in Sony’s State of Play Livestream for November 2025,” summarizes all the new game and console reveals for both PS5 and PS4 from the event.
Now that you’ve seen the whole livestream, we’d love to hear your feedback! Please vote in the poll below, and feel free to share your detailed thoughts in the comments.
