Pragmata Demo is Out Today for Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5

The demo for Pragmata, which originally released on PC in December to assist with game improvements, will be available later today on Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5.

The “Sketchbook” demo lets you choose between Japanese and English voiceovers and gives you a taste of the main game. Keep in mind that any progress you make in the demo likely won’t transfer over to the full version. In the demo, you’ll experience the game’s central gameplay: Hugh, after a disaster, joins forces with an android named Diana to fight off enemy robots on a lunar space station.

Hugh has guns, but they can’t hurt the robots because of their strong armor. That’s where Diana comes in – you play as both characters at the same time, using Diana to solve puzzles and break through enemy defenses. Once she does, Hugh can move in and deal a lot of damage. As you play, you’ll get upgrades for both characters and encounter even more challenging enemies.

Okay, so I’m super excited – Pragmata is finally dropping on April 24th! It’s coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, and even the new Nintendo Switch 2. If you’re on PC, they’re talking about some really cool stuff like Path Tracing that’ll make the game look amazing, but you’ll need a powerful rig to really take advantage of it. And I checked out an interview with the developers – they really wanted the shooting and hacking to work together seamlessly, which sounds awesome. I’m definitely going to be checking this one out!
