Pregnant Cardi B’s Boyfriend Stefon Diggs Reveals Sex of Their Baby

Stefon Diggs is eager to meet the newest member of his starting lineup.

New England Patriots wide receiver, and boyfriend of Cardi B, recently announced that they are expecting a baby boy.

“It’s a boy,” he told People in an interview published Nov. 4. “That’s enough for me.”

The 31-year-old, who is also a father to 9-year-old Nova from a previous relationship, is excited to bond with his new son. He jokingly said he looks forward to getting him active with push-ups, sit-ups, and running around.

Stefon said the baby is due very soon.

“It’s supposed to happen real soon,” he told Extra Nov. 3, “so wish us both luck.”

Cardi B, 33, announced she was pregnant in September while also releasing her new album, Am I The Drama? and getting ready for her Little Miss Drama Tour, starting February 11th in Palm Desert, California. Even with a busy schedule, the Grammy-winning artist is enjoying balancing multiple projects at the same time.

She told Gayle King on CBS Mornings that she feels incredibly strong and empowered by all the work she’s doing, especially while she’s pregnant and creating a new life.

Cardi B, who has three children – 7-year-old Kulture, 4-year-old Wave, and 13-month-old Blossom – with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Offset, also shared that Stefon helped inspire her to pursue her ambitions.

She explained that he gives her a real sense of self-assurance. She said that feeling safe is key to feeling confident – like anything is possible. It makes her feel empowered and capable of achieving anything.

In fact, Cardi noted that being ambitious is one of the things she and Stefon have in common.

She explained that she and he shared a similar mindset. “We’ve both achieved a lot in our careers,” she said, “but we’re now wondering what the future holds.”

However, Cardi quickly reassured fans that everything was fine by sharing a video of a Patek Philippe watch Stefon had gifted her. In an August 2025 TikTok, she explained, “My boyfriend got it for me at London Jewelers. I went to meet him there thinking he was buying himself a watch, but he surprised me with one for me!”

Rumors began circulating weeks later that Cardi B might be expecting another child. When directly asked about the baby’s father, she reacted strongly. In September 2025, while leaving a courthouse in Los Angeles after winning a high-profile case, she told the person who asked, “That’s disrespectful.
