It quickly rose in the rankings, starting at number seven on February 20th. This jump is likely due to a sale on iTunes offering the complete first five seasons for just $19.99 – a significant discount from the regular price of $79.99. This offer is temporary, so anyone interested in watching the series should purchase the bundle soon to take advantage of the lower price.

As a huge fan of The Chosen, I’m so excited to share the latest news! They started filming Season 6 back in April 2025, and apparently shot some incredibly powerful crucifixion scenes on location in Italy. Filming wrapped up in September, and we’re currently looking at a 2027 release date for the new season. Even better, they’re planning a seventh and final season to follow in 2028! Of course, they haven’t given us specific dates yet, but just knowing it’s coming is fantastic.
