Kate Middleton and Prince William are receiving justice for a breach on their privacy.
The British royal family successfully sued the French magazine Paris Match after it published photos of their family vacation in the Swiss Alps. The photos featured Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7. A French court ruled in favor of the royals, according to People magazine.
The Prince and Princess of Wales expressed their strong disapproval of a magazine publishing photos and details about their private vacation, calling it a serious invasion of privacy. A spokesperson for the family told People magazine on October 30th that they are committed to protecting their children from similar unwanted attention.
Instead of seeking money in court, the royals requested that the court simply make a public record of their legal victory, according to People magazine. This announcement was made on October 30th.
Prince William and Princess Kate have won a legal case in France against the publisher of Paris Match magazine. According to a statement, the magazine published a highly invasive article and paparazzi photos taken during the couple’s private family vacation in the Alps in April.

As a longtime follower, I’ve noticed Kate and William have always been protective of their family’s privacy, and this situation is no different. Especially this year, with Kate bravely battling cancer, she actually spoke out about the intense public interest in her health before she even shared her diagnosis in March. It was clear they were trying to manage things with grace and keep some aspects of their lives private, even under such difficult circumstances.
As many of you know, William and I have been navigating a health challenge privately for a while now, and I recently shared my diagnosis. Honestly, our priority has been protecting our young family through this. We’re truly grateful for your understanding as we take the time, space, and privacy we need to focus on my treatment and support each other as a family. It means the world to us.

She shared that she truly loves her work and hopes to return once she’s fully recovered, but right now, her priority is getting better.

Prince Andrew, the younger brother of King Charles III, has announced he will no longer use the title Duke of York. This decision comes because of ongoing public concern about his relationship with the late Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted of sex offenses.
Okay, so I’ve been following everything so closely, and it’s just… exhausting. I read the statement, and honestly, it’s what I’ve been hoping for! He said he talked it over with The King and his family, and they all agree the constant drama is taking away from the important work the Royal Family does. It breaks my heart, but he’s decided to keep focusing on what’s best for them, for the country, like he always has. He’s reaffirming that decision he made years ago to step back – and honestly, it’s the right thing to do. It’s all about protecting them, and I completely understand. I just want everyone to focus on the amazing work they do!
Andrew stated that, with the King’s approval, he was taking things a step further. He would give up his royal title and any honors he’d received. As he’s said before, he strongly denies the claims made against him.

In October 2025, the King and his oldest son attended the Countdown to COP30 event held at the Natural History Museum in London.

Just hours before she was scheduled to attend, Princess Catherine cancelled her appearance at Royal Ascot, according to Kensington Palace.
Oh my gosh, I just read the latest update about Princess Kate, and it breaks my heart! Apparently, she was so bummed to miss the event, but honestly, she’s still trying to find her feet after everything she’s been through with her cancer. It’s like she’s carefully figuring out how much she can do and still take care of herself, and I totally get that! She needs to prioritize her health, and I’m just sending all my love and support as she navigates this new normal. It’s just…she’s amazing, and I’m so proud of her for being so strong.

I’m seeing a really positive shift – after years of disagreement, someone I know is finally reaching out for peace. It’s incredibly moving, and honestly, it’s a reminder of what truly matters. They shared with me that life is just too short, especially when you’re thinking about a loved one, like their father, and wanting to make things right while you still can. It really puts everything into perspective.

Oh my gosh, I’ve been following this so closely! Apparently, the Palace actually looked into everything, but they just… closed the case in 2022. Can you believe it? And they haven’t said anything about what they found, which just makes me even more convinced something really happened! It’s infuriating, honestly – they’re keeping everything secret!

Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, reached a legal settlement with News Group Newspapers – the company behind both The Sun and the now-closed News of the World – on January 22nd. He had sued the organization in 2019, claiming that journalists and investigators working for its newspapers illegally obtained information about the royal family.
As a long-time supporter of Prince Harry, I was relieved to hear about the settlement. The company didn’t just offer money – they paid him significant damages and, importantly, gave a complete and sincere apology. They publicly admitted how much damaging coverage he and, heartbreakingly, his mother, Princess Diana, endured, and the incredibly serious invasion of their privacy. It’s a huge step towards accountability, and I’m glad they’ve finally acknowledged the harm caused.
