Priyanka Chopra Details “Last Minute” Fashion Fix Before 2026 Oscars

Oh my gosh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas absolutely killed it at the Oscars! Seriously, she looked so effortlessly cool and collected, and I was SO relieved there were no wardrobe malfunctions this time! It was just perfect – she completely owned the red carpet, and I couldn’t take my eyes off her. I’m obsessed!

Priyanka Chopra shared a peek at her red carpet preparations before attending the 98th Academy Awards – her first time at the show since 2016. She described the day, March 15th, as a hectic and chaotic rush to get ready.

Oh my gosh, you guys, Priyanka is just too real! She had this amazing hair and nail appointment, and then… disaster! Her dress didn’t quite fit right, and she had to get it altered last minute. She totally posted about it on her Instagram Story – a quick video of her stylist working on the dress with the caption ‘last minute.com’! It was so funny and relatable, even for a superstar like her. I’m obsessed with how down-to-earth she is!

Priyanka, set to appear at the Oscars, truly shined on the red carpet, and her husband, Nick Jonas, was there with her to share the moment. All her effort to create a stunning look definitely paid off.

Let me tell you about this incredible look from the event! I was absolutely captivated by the star’s bridal-inspired outfit. She wore a stunning white Dior gown – a classic strapless design with a beautiful sweetheart neckline. It had lovely ruched detailing at the waist and a playful, ruffled tulle slit. To finish it off, she paired the dress with sleek black pointed-toe heels and a breathtaking statement necklace – a thick diamond and emerald piece from Bvlgari. It was a truly unforgettable combination!

This date night comes after the couple last appeared together publicly in February at the premiere of Priyanka’s show, The Bluff. Before that, they attended the Golden Globes together in 2026. The couple married in 2018.

Priyanka and her husband love dressing up for special occasions, but they’re also enjoying raising their 4-year-old daughter, Malti Marie. Priyanka recently mentioned that Malti is starting to ask about her parents’ jobs.

The actress told TopMob News last month that her daughter has been coming to work with her since she was just a baby. She’s been traveling with her family – even since she was six months old – and is very familiar with what her parents do for a living.

Priyanka explained that they’re trying to make things feel normal for their daughter. They’ve explained that, like any parent, they both have jobs – hers involves making movies. She points out the different roles on set, explaining who does what, from the craft services team to the first assistant director, producers, and hair and makeup artists.

She’s had a chance to look around the various departments, and it seems she really enjoys visiting the set with me. I love how curious and fascinated she is – it’s a joy to watch.

Even though Malti is still a baby, Priyanka already has advice for her, in case she decides to work in the entertainment industry when she’s older.

She advised concentrating on your own work and how you can contribute, rather than getting caught up in distractions. She explained that there’s often a lot of pressure and noise, and that truly focusing on improving your skills is the best way to stay good at what you do.
