Straight4 Studios and Giants Software have just released a new trailer for their upcoming racing simulation game, *Project Motor Racing*. This trailer highlights the game’s multiplayer features, including its online community and how players will interact with each other.
The studio also confirmed that the game’s multiplayer features will be fully accessible to all players right from the start, with no extra payments or subscriptions required.
Project Motor Racing offers several online multiplayer features, including monthly championships with new tracks each week and set race times. You can play with others across different platforms thanks to crossplay, and compete in two types of leaderboards: Factory Driver Challenges, which test your speed against real-world lap times, and Endurance Hall Events, which focus on longer, more strategic races.
Project Motor Racing will let players create custom multiplayer lobbies to host their own races, giving them full control over the cars, tracks, and rules. The game will also offer quick, 15-minute casual races for new and experienced players alike, with varied playlists and tracks. For those seeking serious competition, Project Motor Racing will include ranked racing with structured championships, divisions, and class-based rankings.
Straight4 Studios CEO Ian Bell announced that *Project Motor Racing* will offer complete online racing immediately upon purchase. According to a press release, the game is designed for players who prefer straightforward, competitive racing without the need for passes, rentals, or subscriptions, and avoids complicated systems to access online play.
I’m so hyped for *Project Motor Racing*! The developer just announced a ton of new content, including six awesome car brands: Acura, Chevrolet, Mazda, Mercedes-AMG, Nissan, and Toyota. And get this – seven new cars are confirmed! We’re talking the 2022 Acura NSX GT3 Evo 22, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R, the classic 2017 Mazda MX-5 Spec, the legendary 1991 Mazda 787B, the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT3, the 2023 Nissan Z GT4, and the 2023 Toyota GR Supra GT4 Evo. This is going to be incredible!
Seabring International Raceway will be featured in both the single-player and multiplayer modes of *Project Motor Racing*. This historic American racetrack is known for its mix of fast straightaways and challenging turns.
The racing game *Project Motor Racing* will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on November 25th. A trailer released in August showed off the game’s dynamic weather system and how it changes track conditions during a race. The game will feature Porsche cars and two classic racing eras: GT1 and Group C. You can also find an earlier trailer from April if you’re interested.
