Next week at the Tokyo Game Show, we’ll be showing off some new stages for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls.
Sony announced that a new demo for the Arc System Works fighting game will be available to play at their booth. They’ll also be revealing brand new stage backgrounds.
We’ve only explored Marvel’s version of New York so far, so we’re really looking forward to discovering what other places are included.
Stages are a key element of Marvel Tokon’s gameplay. You can knock opponents into different areas of the stage, which is one way to build your team in the game’s four-on-four battles.
Are there any locations in particular you’d like to see included here?
This new demo will feature Spider-Man and Ghost Rider as playable characters for the first time, even though they were previously announced for the game. They weren’t available in the recent beta test.
We anticipate Sony will reveal more playable characters during next week’s expected State of Play presentation. Although Sony hasn’t officially confirmed the event, it’s looking very likely to happen.
