We already knew Star Wars: Zero Company would be featured at Summer Game Fest on Friday with a new gameplay trailer. However, Dealabs leaker Billbil-Kun has revealed additional details about the game’s release date online.
A reliable source says the game will launch on August 27, 2026, just before many other major releases in September. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The standard version will cost $50, and a Deluxe Edition with extra content will be available for $60.
Even though the strategy game is supposedly launching in just three months, based on leaked information, we haven’t seen much of Star Wars Zero Company. It was revealed with a trailer over a year ago, and that’s been the only update. So, we expect developer Bit Reactor to show a significant amount of gameplay and details at Summer Game Fest tomorrow.
Here’s that original trailer:
The game puts you in charge of a skilled squad during the final days of the Clone Wars. You play as Hawks, a former Republic officer who now leads Zero Company – a diverse group of mercenaries from all over the galaxy.
The game feels similar to XCOM 2, but features laser weapons and lightsabers instead. Players lead Hawks and Zero Company on a mission to stop a growing danger that could destroy the entire galaxy if it’s not dealt with.
