Many players on social media are reporting problems saving their progress in the Atari Jaguar and MS-DOS versions of the Rayman 30th Anniversary Collection.
Early reports were strange and claimed the new bundle was no longer supported, but that doesn’t seem to be true.
A customer service representative mistakenly said the French publisher had stopped supporting the game after its release. However, it seems they were likely confusing it with a different version.
A Ubisoft employee posted on Reddit to explain that this was probably a mistake, and confirmed that support for the new compilation is still ongoing.
Digital Eclipse created this package, and they’ve been great at supporting their Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection after its release. We expect they’ll offer similar support here, even though a different company is now publishing it.
We’ll let you know as soon as the problem is resolved. In the meantime, we recommend using the PlayStation 1 part of the collection, as the Atari Jaguar and MS-DOS versions are currently experiencing issues.
