Joe Giudice, a previous contestant on reality TV shows, expresses that he has served his sentence following a conviction and deportation from the United States. Now, he petitions President Donald Trump for another opportunity to be granted, hoping to reconnect with his daughters.
2014 saw me, a passionate admirer, handed a 41-month prison term following my conviction on numerous charges of bankruptcy deceit and one count of tax evasion.
Following his release, he was sent back to his homeland of Italy in the year 2019. Since 2021, he has resided in the Bahamas. There, he has initiated a legal struggle to regain entry into the United States.
In the context of the current administration’s efforts to remove undocumented immigrants from the United States, a former star of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” made an appeal to the President through a social media post, asking to be allowed back into the country where he spent his childhood last Thursday.
Hi, I’m Joe Giudice. After completing my prison sentence, I was forced to leave the United States approximately 10 years ago.
Born and bred in the garden state of Jersey, I proudly claim my roots. As a devoted dad of four extraordinary girls, the longing to reconnect with them is as strong as the love that binds us. I simply yearn for permission to reunite with my precious daughters once more.
‘President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance.’
As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share an update about my esteemed colleague from the Real Housewives, Siggy Flicker. Recently appointed by President Trump to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, Siggy has been diligently putting in effort towards her new role. She’s currently immersed in the process and making steady progress.

Flicker wrote: ‘I’m trying. Joe should be back home with his beautiful daughters!!!!!!’
Judge’s criminal sentence and subsequent deportation also marked the end of his marriage, as his former spouse, Teresa, was given an 11-month prison term as well.
In the course of their sentencing, the Justice Department issued a statement, serving as a warning to others, emphasizing the potential consequences of evading tax payments, often referred to as cheating the government.
Paul J. Fishman, U.S. Attorney, stated that the Giudices collectively misled financial institutions using deceptive loan applications; they were untruthful when attempting to secure protection from bankruptcy court and concealed assets and earnings from the trustee; furthermore, Joe Giudice defrauded the government by neglecting to pay taxes on several years’ worth of substantial income.
‘Upon admitting guilt, it was revealed that they had lied about the truth in their statements, knowingly. Given the gravity of the financial offenses they committed, an imprisonment sentence seems fitting.’
In 2023, Judge Giudice expressed his continued belief that he hadn’t done much wrong, and he strongly criticized the U.S. for abandoning him in Italy, likening it to discarding a pet dog.
As a dedicated follower, let me share my experience: I found myself in a foreign land, utterly clueless about it. To put it bluntly, I was left there, much like an unwanted pet, if you catch my drift. A dog, even one that’s less than desirable, isn’t discarded in such a way.
Additionally, I’m grateful that Italy welcomed and nurtured me. In fact, they respected my dignity, unlike how it was in the U.S.

America seems to discard people easily. I must say, even their own citizens aren’t always respected. It just doesn’t make sense to me how they treat individuals when they get caught up in certain situations like this.
A visibly irritated Giudice likewise voiced his discontent, stating that he wouldn’t have faced fraud charges in the Bahamas or Italy. He further asserted a striking disparity between the treatment of murderers compared to fraudsters within the U.S. justice system.
The man with three children went on to say, ‘In essence, I don’t have any financial obligations related to taxes here. You see, such matters are non-existent in The Bahamas.’
In Italy, there are no taxes as such, but if you engage in illegal activities, you won’t end up in jail. Instead, you might face fines or other penalties.
To clarify, I’m not suggesting that we condone any form of illegal activity. However, it’s important to note that the consequences here are different from what you might experience elsewhere. For instance, incarceration isn’t typically an outcome for infractions committed in our society. Furthermore, families aren’t routinely separated as a result of such actions, unlike some other parts of the world.
Well, let me tell you, it’s just mind-blowing how they lock individuals up for lengthy periods over such matters. Can you imagine? It’s preposterous! I’m talking about a fine, a mere tickle really, followed by six months of freedom. Absolutely unbelievable, isn’t it?
It seems to me, for a first offense, something other than just a fine would be more appropriate, not a 15-year sentence or anything of that nature. For actions such as these, I’ve noticed the penalties can be quite severe.
Are you following me? Some had a lifespan of 20 years, others 30. This isn’t about taxes in the sense of committing a crime or taking someone’s life. I hope that clarifies.

‘Criminals who commit murder are often released from prison before those who engage in tax fraud in our country. It’s like this: first-time offenders should receive a light penalty, such as a fine or community service. However, the main thing is to make sure they don’t do it again.’
However, it seems unfair to dismantle a family and cause irreparable harm due to a single error, wouldn’t you agree?
Regardless of feeling enraged about his imprisonment and expulsion, Giudice stated (on Thursday) that he wishes to reverse his deportation ruling and re-enter the U.S., so he can be nearer to his daughters – Gia, Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.
