
On February 27, 2026, Capcom plans to launch the enhanced version of Resident Evil 7 biohazard, titled “Gold Edition,” for the Nintendo Switch 2, as per their recent announcement.
Initially released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam) on January 24, 2017, Resident Evil 7 biohazard made its way to Nintendo Switch via cloud streaming on May 24, 2018. After that, it was launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on June 13, 2022, and eventually arrived on iPhone, iPad, and Mac on July 2, 2024.
The “Gold Edition” of “Resident Evil 7 biohazard” contains the “Not a Hero” episode along with all extra downloadable material.
