In Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll have plenty of weapon choices with 24 to unlock or buy for either character, Grace or Leon. Most weapons are found while playing, but a few can be purchased through a bonus menu, and one more becomes available if you play on the hardest difficulty.

This guide details every weapon available in Resident Evil Requiem, including how and where to find each one.

Requiem

This is the revolver Grace begins with, and players can get it simply by playing through the game in the Care Center’s Central Hall.

I still can’t believe Grace just grabbed that pistol! She picked it up right off the floor, and it was in the Dining Room of the Care Center – you know, the one past the Kitchen. It’s honestly shocking!

Makeshift Knife

To get the first knife, go through the Dining Room, climb into the Filing Room, and open the first locker on the right.

Hunting Knife

Steal a knife from an enemy near the Filing and Dining Rooms.

S&S M232

Find a second handgun on the lower left side of the bar in the Bar & Lounge.

MSBG 500

As Leon, you’ll find this shotgun early in the game – it’s on the floor in the Attic of the Care Center, conveniently placed just before you encounter an enemy it’s perfect for defeating.

Hand Grenade

After taking down the large monster with your shotgun, you can pick up the Hand Grenade from it.

Classic 70

Back as Leon in the Courtyard of the Care Center, you will have this sniper rifle by default.

Silencer 9

In the East Raccoon City area, Leon can find a Supply Box that lets him buy one of three different weapons, like this Pistol, if he has enough Credits.

990-TAC

Another shotgun for the collection, you can buy this from the Supply Box as well.

Stiri REVO3 A1

This submachine gun is the third and final weapon purchasable from the Supply Box.

Gal

You can also find this submachine gun in the upper-left corner of the Underground Parking Garage as you travel towards Raccoon City Center to get batteries.

Marksman 1A

There’s only one weapon hidden inside the numbered BSAA containers found throughout East Raccoon City. Container 03 is located at the far eastern edge of the map, past the Gas Station, when you enter from the Underground Parking Garage. To reach it, you’ll need to climb a small ladder attached to a truck to get around some obstacles.

Repurchasable from Supply Boxes after unlocking, if you need to swap it out in the interim.

W870 Police

When you first enter Kendo’s Gun Shop in Raccoon City, you’ll see a short cutscene. After it finishes, look around the shop to find the shotgun. If you need to make space in your inventory, you can store it in the nearby Supply Box.

Mortal Edge

When you defeat Leon in ARK, he’ll drop his unique axe. You can pick it up and equip it in your inventory to use yourself.

Bottle of Acid

During her section of the game, Grace can locate a Bottle of Acid in the Chemical Storage while she’s looking for the key needed to free Leon.

Bonus Special Content Weapons

After you finish a first playthrough on any difficulty level – even the easiest one – Grace and Leon will both unlock a variety of new weapons. You can find these weapons in the game’s menu under ‘Special Content’.

Insanity Difficulty Weapon Unlock

R.I.P. Knife

This unique knife is only available on Insanity difficulty and can be purchased at the Parlor in the Care Center using Antique Coins.

Grace and Leon will obtain all 24 of these weapons throughout the game Resident Evil Requiem.
