Resident Evil Requiem safe codes: Combinations for all locked safes

As you play through Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll find some locked safes. You’ll need to find the correct codes to open them.

These safe codes are hidden throughout the game, but if you’d prefer to skip the search and open the safes directly, that’s perfectly fine.

We’ll tell you where to look for each safe, but here’s the complete list of all the codes you’ll need in Resident Evil Requiem.

Resident Evil Requiem safe codes: Combinations for all locked safes

Resident Evil Requiem features five safes that players need to unlock. You’ll find the first two safes within the Rhodes Hill Care Center, and the third one is located in the Rhodes Hill Basement.

Heads up – this section contains spoilers! The last two safes are hidden in the very final area of the game. We’re holding off on revealing the location for those who want to discover it themselves, but a spoiler is available further down if you’re interested. Consider yourself warned!

Resident Evil Requiem Rhodes Hill Care Center safe codes

Bar & Lounge Safe Code: 10 left, 80 right, 30 left

Okay, so I figured out the code for the Bar & Lounge safe! You can find it written down on a note inside the Custodian’s Office – it’s located in the West Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center. Pretty straightforward once you know where to look!

You’ll need a Security Level 1 Keycard to enter this room. You can find it on a body in the upstairs hallway of the East Wing.

Examination Room Safe Code: 30 right, 10 left, 50 right

You can find the code for the Examination Room safe near the lockers, just outside the Conference Room in the East Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center.

Resident Evil Requiem Rhodes Hill Basement safe code

Basement Safe code: 60 right, 40 left, 80 right

You can find the code for the Basement Safe while playing as Leon, after the part where Grace chases Emily. It’s the only safe code in this area.

As Leon, search every Warped Closet to discover a note containing the code for the safe.

Resident Evil Requiem ARK building safe codes

Sterilization Chamber Safe Code: 10 right, 90 left, 20 right

You’ll discover the code for the Sterilization Chamber Safe on a note near the safe itself, located in Bioweapon Repository 05 within the ARK building.

Monitor Control Room Safe Code: 50 right, 60 left, 80 right

You can also find the code to the Monitor Control Room Safe on a note located in Bioweapon Repository 05 within the ARK building.

This is the last of five safes you need to open in the game. Once you’ve opened all five, you’ll unlock the ‘No Safe is Safe’ achievement.
