At AEW All In, the highlight was a bout for the AEW World Championship, yet it transcended beyond a mere title fight. In essence, this confrontation represented a struggle for the core values and heart of AEW. Throughout the entire event, this battle raged on, but the climactic phase was left to Hangman Adam Page. His mission was to topple Jon Moxley and the Death Riders from their dominant position within AEW. With the help of two crucial AEW comebacks and an unforeseen ally, Hangman triumphantly concluded this odyssey in a grandiose (and somewhat gory) fashion.
For several weeks, Page has been clashing with the Death Riders, and these encounters have been far from amicable for either party. Tonight, Page aims to defeat their leader decisively, but he must conquer an extremely tough confrontation due to the Texas Deathmatch rule, which guarantees a grueling battle.

Regardless of the gruesome circumstances such as being dragged across shattered glass, Page persevered in the battle and even inflicted pain on his opponent, including a merciless move where he repeatedly jabbed Moxley with a fork. The description of this event didn’t become any less bizarre when I typed it out.
Two pivotal instances appeared to significantly shift the course of events, with the first being when the video display switched, unveiling Darby Allin contacting from Mount Everest. Allin had a message intended for Moxley, but following the video’s conclusion, he opted to personally convey it. He made his way down from the ceiling and joined the fight, aiming to balance the scale against the other Death Riders in the match.
Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, and Gabe Kidd couldn’t resist getting involved, and Allin made sure they played fair, but Page wasn’t out of danger yet. Fortunately, a masked stranger leaped into the ring to aid Page, although their identity was soon revealed when they began chanting “yes” as soon as they entered the ring.
IT’S @BRYANDANIELSON!

Following a signature move known as the Running Knee, they removed their mask to unveil no one other than Bryan Danielson himself, making his comeback to settle scores with the team that once hurt him.
Next, an additional chapter unfolded in the narrative, featuring Hangman and his former adversary turned collaborator, Swerve Strickland. Strickland presented Page with a chain, reminiscent of their past conflicts, providing Page with the decisive tool necessary to vanquish Moxley.

On that fateful day, Page looped the chain around Moxley’s neck and hoisted him up onto the ropes. Despite Moxley’s valiant struggles to escape, he was eventually forced to submit in self-defense, thus concluding his rule as AEW World Champion and ushering in a new era for Page as the champion. With a triumphant cheer from the crowd, Page retrieved the Title from its briefcase, which had been Moxley’s constant companion during his reign. This marked the end of an epoch for AEW and the beginning of a fresh one under Page’s leadership.
