Tomokazu Sugita will voice the character Reid Astrea in the anime. Reid is known as the original Sword Saint and the ancestor of the Astrea family. Sugita expressed his enthusiasm, saying he’s both thrilled and a little intimidated by the role, feeling like Reid might take him for a ride! He hopes fans will enjoy his performance, but warns them to brace themselves. The team behind the previous seasons will also be returning to work on this one.
What to Know for Re:Zero Season 4
Season 4 of *Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World has added Fairouz Ai to the cast as a new character named Shaula, though her specific role is currently unknown. Masahiro Shinohara, who directed Season 3, is returning to direct these new episodes, with WHITE FOX handling production. Masahiro Yokotani will be in charge of the scripts, Haruka Sagawa is designing the characters, Keitaro Chiba will design the monsters, and Kenichiro Suehiro is composing the music.
Yusuke Kobayashi and Rie Takahashi will once again voice the characters Natsuki Subaru and Emilia. Most of the original voice actors from past seasons are also returning. Fans are especially hoping to see more of the character Rem in the new episodes, and there’s speculation that she may regain consciousness soon.
