RHOC’S Gina Kirschenheiter Engaged to Travis Mullen

New year, new title for Gina Kirschenheiter.

Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County is engaged to her boyfriend, Travis Mullen! He proposed on New Year’s Eve.

The proposal happened in Big Bear during a family gathering that included both Gina and Travis’ children. Gina’s kids – Nick, 13, Sienna, 11, and Luca, 10, who she shares with her ex, Matthew Kirschenheiter – were there, along with Travis’ children Presley, 14, Bennett, 12, and Joey, 9, from a previous relationship.

While the family was getting ready for their New Year’s Eve dinner, Travis asked Gina to go outside with him, reportedly to find the perfect place for a group photo. She was surprised when he proposed with a 6-carat diamond ring, and their daughter, Presley, secretly captured the whole moment.

“I was in complete shock!” the 41-year-old told the outlet in an interview published Jan.7. “My nervous system was trying to catch up to what just happened in this magical moment and I was also trying to process the iceberg that was being presented to me as well! I of course said ‘yes,’ and melted into what was the sweetest kiss I’ve ever felt!”

Indeed, the news of the engagement added another layer to the family’s celebrations.

“We all hugged, crying and laughing with joy,” Gina said. “Then we went back inside where the other kids were already waiting, and the New Year’s Eve party really started with horns and confetti! It was a perfect moment, and it meant the world to us to be together as a family, celebrating. We were all just so happy – it was truly special.”

Gina and Travis started dating in 2019, not long after Gina’s split from Matthew. They were introduced by a friend and immediately hit it off.

The real estate agent told People magazine that they fell in love quickly. They’ve already overcome some difficult challenges together, which has only strengthened their bond. She says he’s her soulmate and always has been, and that he was waiting for her in California.

Gina and Travis’ announcement was met with excitement from her fellow cast members on Real Housewives, who shared their congratulations in the comments of her Instagram post from January 7th.

Heather Dubrow and Gretchen Rossi both expressed their excitement and congratulations to the family, with Heather calling the news “very exciting” and Gretchen adding her happiness for them.

As for franchise producer Andy Cohen, he added, “Love wins.”
