Get ready! Riot Games, the creator of League of Legends, is bringing its free-to-play fighting game, 2XKO, to the PS5 in January 2026. You can add it to your wishlist on the PS Store now to be notified when it launches.
This game has been in development for a long time, starting with testing phases on computers. Now, it’s finally coming to PlayStation consoles, letting players experience its one-of-a-kind two-versus-two battles.

In 2XKO, winning depends on how well you work with a teammate. You can play alone and control both characters, or team up with a friend. Every match offers a fresh experience thanks to Fuses – special modifiers that change how the game is played.
The game boasts top-notch online play thanks to its rollback netcode, and you’ll be able to choose from a cast of characters based on popular champions from League of Legends, like Jinx and Ahri.
As dedicated fighting game players, we’ve been eagerly anticipating this game for a long time. While Riot Games is new to the fighting game world, they have a strong track record of creating exciting competitive games, and we’ve been excited to test this one out for ages.
