Rob Schneider, Patricia Azarcoya Break Up After 15 Years of Marriage

Rob Schneider and Patricia Azacorya Schneider are closing a chapter. 

I’m absolutely devastated! I just found out that after 15 years, they’ve split up! Apparently, his wife filed for divorce towards the end of last year – I saw the news on TopMob News and I’m still reeling. It’s just… heartbreaking. I’ve been following them forever, and I can’t believe it’s over. I mean, Grown Ups was everything! This is just awful.

Patricia, 37, filed for divorce from Rob, 62, on December 8, 2025, and he agreed to it four days later. The couple, who have two daughters, 13-year-old Miranda and 8-year-old Madeline, both agreed to complete a parenting course. They also requested a private divorce agreement, meaning the specific details of their settlement won’t be public, according to court documents.

TopMob News reached out to Rob for comment. 

Rob and Patricia were last seen together publicly in July, attending the New York premiere of Happy Gilmore 2 with their daughters. Rob told Entertainment Tonight at the event that being with his family is what makes him happiest.

Rob’s personal happiness often blended with his professional life. He and Patricia first connected in 2007 when he guest-starred on a show she was producing, and they continued to collaborate on projects throughout their relationship.

In fact, Rob credited his estranged wife with keeping his career going in 2022. 

Rob shared a sweet birthday message for Patricia on Instagram, saying she’s the reason he does what he does. He wrote that she brings beauty and joy to every day, filling his life with love and happiness. He finished by telling her he loves her forever.

As many of you may have heard, Rob and Patricia are now going their separate ways. This news comes a little over a year after Rob’s daughter, Elle King, publicly shared her feelings about their relationship on a podcast. Back in August of 2024, Elle – who Rob shares with London King – spoke very openly about wanting distance between herself and her father. It’s always tough when family dynamics play out publicly, and I know this must be a difficult time for everyone involved.

“He’s simply unkind,” she explained. “I often disagree with his views. You can really want someone to be different, but you eventually realize you can’t control what they do.”

After Elle spoke, Rob asked his daughter – who has a 3-year-old son named Lucky and a new baby born last February with her partner, Dan Tooker – to forgive him for his mistakes.

During an August 2024 interview on The Tucker Carlson Show podcast, Rob said he simply wanted her and her baby to be happy and healthy. He added that he felt awful and wanted her to know he wasn’t taking anything she said to heart, wishing her all the best.

In January, the former star of One Tree Hill announced his separation from the director of My Old Ass after 11 years of marriage.

“I’ve never been super comfortable sharing personal information about our family life, but I’ve seen enough speculation online that I thought warranted clarity,” Tyler wrote on Instagram at the time. “Some time ago, Megan and I decided to end our marriage.”

The musician, who shares two children, Winnie and Benny, with Megan, stated that they are continuing to focus on their kids and working together as parents.

The Diff’rent Strokes alum confirmed his breakup with his wife of three years on Jan. 14.

After three years together, the Saturday Night Live comedian and the star of Beef have broken up, according to several news sources on January 7th. He reportedly won her over initially by sending flowers to all of her hotels during a European trip.
