A mental health professional once accused Robert Pattinson of living the high life.
Robert Pattinson, known for playing Batman, recently shared that a conversation during therapy was so unusual, his therapist thought he might have been using drugs.
During an interview with Zendaya for Interview Magazine, the actor shared a story about a therapy session where the therapist questioned if he was using drugs, saying they couldn’t follow his train of thought. He responded by saying he was doing his best to communicate.
He also told Zendaya that being famous from his role in Twilight was a lot to handle, and he often felt like people didn’t understand what that was like.
I loved working on the films, and they received a lot of promotion afterward,” she said. “I didn’t want my personal life to become part of that publicity, so I made an effort to stay true to myself, and I’ve carried that approach with me ever since.
He also found it curious how quickly people connected him with the character he played, even believing he was that person at first.
Fans of the series helped create the complex, mysterious vampire character by often mixing up the personalities of Robert and Edward.
He said he didn’t feel protective of that public image because it wasn’t truly who he was. He found it interesting to play with how people perceived him, using those expectations to create more compelling and surprising character moments. He figured some audience members would anticipate certain things, so he could use that to build drama.
He also seems very sure of his identity, stating that he doesn’t think it’s strange to simply feel like a different person one day.

Robert’s knack for finding truth within storytelling might explain why, in a 2011 interview, he felt comfortable sharing a fabricated childhood memory – claiming he’d witnessed a clown die in a car explosion.
Robert told The New York Times Style Magazine in December 2024, with a touch of humor, that he reacted with complete surprise. He said he essentially asked, ‘Are you serious?’ or even, ‘Are you possessed?’
Robert, who has a 23-month-old daughter with his fiancée Suki Waterhouse, confessed to telling a small lie during a 2011 interview with Today’s Matt Lauer. He later explained he was simply bored while promoting his film, Water for Elephants, and wanted to make the conversation more interesting.
He recalled being at the German premiere of Water for Elephants shortly after its New York debut. He admitted that someone had asked him about his circus experience, and he’d panicked, realizing he didn’t have a good story to tell.

In June 2024, athlete Jason Kelce jokingly responded to a fan’s comment on social media. The fan had observed that Kelce appeared to not wash his legs or feet, prompting Kelce to tweet, “What kind of weirdo washes their feet…?”
The retired Philadelphia Eagles player later doubled down on his comments.
Let me tell you, as someone who appreciates a little self-care, the thought of anyone washing my feet is…intense! My brother and I were chatting on our New Heights podcast the other day, and I jokingly said, ‘Who is the person who would wash your feet?’ Honestly, I’m pretty particular – if there’s actual dirt, yeah, I might scrub it off myself, but that’s about it!

More than ten years after telling a story about witnessing a clown’s death in a car accident at the circus when he was a child, the actor known for Twilight has confessed that the story was made up.
Robert remembered telling The New York Times Style Magazine in December 2024 that he reacted with complete surprise. He said he immediately asked, “What on earth? Are you possessed?”
As for what he said during the 2011 Today interview promoting his film Water for Elephants?
He explained that one of the clowns had died in an accident. Their small car, a prop used in the show, exploded, and it was a frightening experience for everyone who witnessed it. People immediately ran to safety.

Grandma knows best.
Kim Kardashian recently shared a personal story on her show, The Kardashians, about how her grandmother, Mary Jo “MJ” Campbell, unexpectedly played a role in a private moment with her then-boyfriend, Pete Davidson. She revealed this during an October 2022 episode.
Kim Kardashian told MJ, Kris Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian that she and Pete Davidson were at the Beverly Hills Hotel last weekend. They were chatting by the fireplace for hours, and she remembered something her grandmother had told her: that having sex in front of a fireplace is a way to truly enjoy life. So, they decided to do it as a tribute to Kris.
Grandma’s reaction? A nod of approval.
Kim found it unsettling to think about her grandmother before being intimate, and MJ responded by saying she understood, but she too had been younger and less experienced.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have a very close family, including their children, 8-year-old Wyatt and 6-year-old Dimitri, and their love for each other is endless.
So much so, that the Black Swan actress revealed they keep an open-door policy at home.
She told TopMob News in September 2022 that this also extends to the bathroom. She explained it’s become normal for her family and children to openly discuss and accept natural bodily functions.
Mila explained that she finally gave in after her family repeatedly asked to come inside. She said she just decided to leave the door open rather than continue trying to keep them out.
Pre-kids, she might not have imagined she’d flush that particular boundary away.
She said she never imagined she’d be comfortable enough to use the restroom with the door open.

Jennifer Garner admitted to a slightly embarrassing on-set mishap while filming the 2007 movie The Kingdom. She accidentally bit her own tongue during a fight scene – a bit more than she bargained for!
Jennifer described a scene with Sala Baker where the director, Pete Berg, instructed her to realistically attempt to fight for her life. She explained that they hadn’t rehearsed much choreography, and Berg told her to do whatever it took to survive.
Oh my gosh, it was insane! I actually did manage to get on his back, you wouldn’t believe it! And then… well, I totally bit his ear! Seriously, there’s a picture to prove it – a piece is actually missing! We weren’t messing around, it really happened!

Ghouls just want to have fun.
During an October 2022 episode of The View, while discussing a woman who claimed her home was haunted by “sexual ghosts,” Sara Haines posed a surprising question to her co-hosts: “Is it possible to get pregnant from a ghost?”
Luckily, Joy Behar, her co-host, chimed in with a humorous response: “I’ve had encounters with ghosts and haven’t gotten pregnant.”
“I’m going to leave that statement as is,” Whoopi Goldberg responded. “I’m not sure everyone heard what Joy just said, but I’m not going to comment on it further.”

Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb are very close friends, but Hoda recently learned something surprising about her co-host on Today. While preparing for an episode of Today with Hoda and Jenna, Hoda found out that Jenna always goes without underwear.
Hoda Kotb recounted a funny moment on Today with Hoda and Jenna from November 2022. She explained that they both needed to quickly change outfits and had to return to the dressing room. While there, Hoda realized Jenna Bush Hager doesn’t wear underwear.
Jenna’s rationale? Well, no underwear might just be more convenient to her.
She explained that the style creates a more flattering shape and also makes packing easier, adding that there are many other benefits too.

Looks like someone hasn’t been keeping up.
Britney Spears related to a popular line from Keke Palmer – “he could be walking down the street, I wouldn’t know a thing” – and confessed she wasn’t familiar with Pete Davidson or Scott Disick.
Britney shared a funny video from March showing Pete Davidson—who was dating Kim Kardashian at the time—and Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick, having a night out. She said the video had her laughing a lot.
Britney apologized for sharing the video, explaining she didn’t know the people in it but found it hilarious. She has since removed the post.

Before Chris Evans became famous as Captain America and was named People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2022, Jana Kramer dated him and thought he was a handsome and charming guy.
The singer shared on her podcast, Whine Down with Jana Kramer, that this happened over ten years ago. While she doesn’t remember exactly how many times they went out, she clearly remembers their final meeting.
Jana, who was around 26 at the time, said Chris asked her to come over when he had some friends visiting from Boston.
Jana recalled that the last thing she remembered was her partner going to the bathroom right after she’d eaten asparagus, which makes your urine smell different. They didn’t end up intimate that night; he stayed out late with friends, and the next morning, she left his house feeling embarrassed – what she jokingly called the ‘asparagus walk of shame’.
She added, “I never heard from him again.”

Not all of these confessions are amusing.
In December, television writer Elisabeth Finch confessed that she had fabricated a story about having a rare bone cancer. She had originally shared this false diagnosis with ELLE magazine eight years prior, and it even became the basis for a plotline on Grey’s Anatomy.
Elisabeth recently shared with The Ankler newsletter that a lie she told at age 34 was her biggest regret. She explained that the lie grew over time and became a heavy burden she carried for years. She also clarified that she has never been diagnosed with cancer.
Look, I messed up, plain and simple. While I was dealing with some personal things and ultimately left my role on the ABC medical show, I want to be clear: my behavior was unacceptable and I take full responsibility. There’s really no other way to put it – I made a serious mistake.

Beauty is pain, but Kim Kardashian might be able to stomach it.
The reality star told The New York Times she’d consider almost any procedure to look younger.
She admitted in June that she’d even consider something extreme – like eating something disgusting every day – if it meant she could look younger. She emphasized she was serious, saying, ‘I just might.’
Kim Kardashian told Allure in July 2022 that she was mostly kidding when she made the comment, but admitted it wasn’t a completely awful idea.
Kim continued, saying she’d likely do almost anything for youth, even something disgusting. ‘If someone told me eating a bowl of poop daily would make me look younger, I’d probably do it,’ she admitted.
Asked how much she could eat, she said, “Perhaps just a bite.” She added that a full bowl would be too much for her.

Jelly Roll could’ve used some saving from himself.
During an April 2025 interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the singer of “Save Me” shared a particularly embarrassing story, and he didn’t shy away from the details.
“I pooped myself one time,” he admitted. “I did, I’m sorry.”
To be honest, Jelly Roll (whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord) didn’t intend to cause such serious harm.
I really believed it was just a bit of hot air, honestly. I feel terrible, though. It was awful to watch the crowd turn from cheering for me to completely losing interest. It just… vanished. I’m so sorry it came to that.
