Grasshopper Manufacture will release its new ultra-violent sci-fi action game, ROMEO IS A DEAD MAN, on February 10, 2026. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam for $49.99, and Grasshopper Manufacture will handle publishing themselves.
Here is an overview of the game, via Grasshopper Manufacture:
About
Play as Romeo Stargazer in this single-player action adventure. The game is divided into chapters and features a surprising story filled with challenging fights. You can also take on optional side missions, letting you play at your own speed.
Fight Blood With Blood
Romeo fights using both swords and guns, battling through hordes of enemies in a fast-paced, action-packed adventure. Defeat dangerous criminals and absorb their energy to power up Romeo’s special attack, Bloody Summer, which can change the course of battle. As the story progresses, you can upgrade and customize Romeo’s weapons to take on increasingly powerful foes.
A Story That Transcends Space-Time
The game begins after a catastrophic event shatters the fabric of space and time. Romeo, near death, is brought back to life with advanced technology and recruited as a special agent for the FBI’s Space-Time Police. He travels the universe, hunting down criminals who are exploiting the chaos. While bringing them to justice, Romeo also searches for clues about his missing girlfriend, Juliet. He soon discovers that her disappearance and the destruction of space-time might be connected. As Deadgear, what mysteries will Romeo uncover at the boundaries of reality?
