Nintendo recently announced a real-life version of the storybook from the Super Mario Galaxy game, and it’s being published by Dark Horse Books. Fans were thrilled and pre-orders on Amazon sold out fast! But don’t worry, it’s still possible to find a copy if you know where to search.
I’m so excited about the upcoming replica of Rosalina’s Storybook! You can currently pre-order it at Bookshop.org and Walmart for around $24.99. It seems like it might sell out quickly, but they’re planning on restocking, so definitely keep an eye on those links if you miss the first chance. It’s supposed to ship in November, which makes it a perfect gift for any Super Mario fan you know – and honestly, it looks like something they’d really love and want to show off!

Rosalina’s Storybook offers a detailed look into Rosalina’s past, as hinted at in *Super Mario Galaxy*. It’s a touching story about a young girl and a little star creature who journey through space in an old spaceship, searching for the creature’s mother. The book recreates the game’s story across 112 pages, using the same beautiful artwork. It’s a lovely, comforting book to enjoy, perhaps with a warm drink.
Following the huge success of *The Super Mario Bros. Movie*, Nintendo and Illumination are making a new film inspired by *Super Mario Galaxy*. It’s currently scheduled to come out in April 2026, and a short teaser trailer offers a sneak peek at what’s in store.
