Ryan Sutter has a whole new outlook on life.
As Ryan Sutter, who found love with his wife Trista on *The Bachelorette* and married her in 2003, explained, he recently shaved his head to mark his 51st birthday on September 14th. He felt a lot of his identity was connected to his hair.
Ryan recently decided to shave their head because they were frustrated with hair loss. They immediately got new passport photos to commemorate the change, sharing the story on Instagram on September 15th.
The firefighter shared his passport photos and wondered if getting them taken was an overreaction. He suggested that shaving his head might have been a way to simplify things when his life felt overwhelming.
He explained that he’d been trying to do too much, hoping for too much from others, and letting outside influences overshadow who he really was. This caused him to lose touch with his own identity, his true self, and his happiness.
He thought it shouldn’t be so difficult to experience genuine happiness or sadness, both for ourselves and for others.
He pointed out that being considerate and supportive shouldn’t be difficult. He acknowledged that people are different and won’t always see eye-to-eye, and that’s okay – you can’t expect everyone to agree with you.

The Bachelor Nation star added, “Hair or none, we’re in this together. Let’s maybe act like it?”
As Ryan was thinking about getting older, his wife, Trista – with whom he shares 18-year-old Maxwell and 16-year-old Blakesley – shared a loving message about their almost 22 years of marriage.
She shared a loving tribute to her husband, Ryan, on Instagram on September 14th, calling him her greatest blessing and celebrating his 51st birthday. She described being with him as a constant joy.

The 52-year-old also expressed her gratitude for Ryan, listing all the wonderful qualities he possesses, including his love, friendship, funny nature, courage, kindness, honesty, attractiveness, wisdom, sense of security, faith, strong character, and the joy he brings to her life.
She told him, “You’ll always feel like home to me, and especially today, on your birthday, I want you to know I can’t picture my life – having kids, seeing the world, or growing old – with anyone else.” She finished with, “Happy birthday, my love.”

Status: Engaged
Spencer Conley, who made a good impression on Jenn Tran with his friendly personality on *The Bachelorette*, found a connection on season 10 of *Bachelor in Paradise*. In August 2025, he shared a post with Jess Edwards (who previously tried to win over Joey Graziadei on *The Bachelor*) hinting that they were falling for each other-a common way of saying they weren’t quite ready to say “I love you.” Conley jokingly declared on Instagram that he’d “already won.”
Okay, seriously, Jess gets me! She posted the cutest thing, just saying she’s totally head-over-heels for Spencer, and it’s EVERYTHING. And can we talk about how they CHOSE LOVE over a quarter of a million dollars?! I was screaming! Then, SURPRISE, they still got $190,000! It was meant to be, you guys! Jess said everything they went through led them to that perfect moment, and I’m not crying, *you’re* crying. But the BEST part? She’s MOVING to Dallas to be with him! I knew it! They are soulmates, I just *know* it!

Status: Dating
Bailey Taylor Brown shared on Instagram in August 2025 that her date with Jeremy Simon was the best first date she’d ever had, after taking him out during the tenth season of *Paradise*. But could it also be their last? Bailey, who originally competed for Grant Ellis’s affection, and Jeremy, who almost won over Jenn on *The Bachelorette*, managed to overcome a particularly difficult argument when Bailey discovered Jeremy had hesitated about sending Susie Evans home.
Despite the drama, their connection continued to grow in Costa Rica. Although they were eliminated during the *Bachelor in Paradise* finale, they decided to continue dating. The show later revealed they’d already met each other’s families and were planning to move to the same city together.

Status: Dating
It looks like things are still going strong between *Paradise* season 10 contestants Andrew Spencer (from Katie Thurston’s season) and Alexe Godin (from Grant’s season). Just six days after Andrew publicly called Alexe his “mon amour” on Instagram in August 2025, she returned the sweet sentiment, calling him “mon chéri.” Despite choosing love over the $250,000 prize on the *BiP* finale, they each still received $125,000.
“This is incredible,” Alexe exclaimed. “I’m leaving with money, but more importantly, with love.”
The show then revealed that Alexe and Andrew are moving to Chicago together to start a new life.

Status: Dating
Kat and Dale faced a difficult situation during the *Bachelor in Paradise* finale when Sean McLaughlin claimed Kat had been secretly communicating with an ex-boyfriend through letters and a hidden laptop. Kat, however, denied contacting him while on the show. She explained that she and her ex had still been in contact beforehand, simply because she hadn’t expected to find someone new on the show.
Although Kat and Dale didn’t make it to the final rose ceremony, their relationship continued to grow. After the show, they traveled around the U.S. together and started making plans for the future, including moving closer to each other. Kat was originally on Zach Shallcross’ season, and Dale was a contestant on Clare Crawley’s season.
Dale wrote under Kat’s August 2025 Instagram post that things were difficult at times, but they got through it as a team, and he wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.

Status: Just friends—for now
After leaving season 10 of *Bachelor in Paradise*, Gary Levingston and Leslie Fhima (who was a finalist on *Golden Bachelor*) seemed optimistic about their future together, even sharing a video about creating new memories. However, Leslie, who once inspired musician Prince, isn’t certain she wants to pursue a romantic relationship with Gary.
She shared on the August 2025 episode of Bachelor Happy Hour that she and Gary talk constantly. She described him as one of her closest friends, someone she turns to when she’s struggling. He helps calm her down and they consistently support each other, always having each other’s backs.
Even though they live far apart – she’s in Minnesota and he’s in California – she’s still optimistic about things. She explained that, for her, the most important part of any relationship, especially a romantic one, is building a friendship first. She wants to be with someone she considers her best friend as they grow older.

Status: Dating
Kim Buike, a frontrunner on *Golden Bachelorette*, has found love with Faith Martin, who received the first impression rose from Gerry Turner. Despite being eliminated on season 10 of *Paradise*, the pair are still together. In August 2025, Faith shared a video on Instagram showing Kim enjoying a date with her in Washington.
After being eliminated from Paradise, Faith enthusiastically praised her partner, saying he’s a wonderful person. Kim added that while they might not know if they’re meant to be together forever, they’ve built a strong connection and plan to continue exploring it outside of the show.

Grant initially connected with 25 women on *The Bachelor*, but ultimately chose Juliana Pasquarosa. Sadly, the couple broke up less than three months after their proposal was shown on television.
Grant announced on Instagram on June 13th that he and Juliana have decided to break up. He explained that they both tried their best and cared deeply for each other, but after careful consideration, they realized they weren’t compatible for the future.

Joan Vassos, who was a contestant on *The Golden Bachelor* and later became the first-ever *Golden Bachelorette*, is engaged! After appearing on Gerry Turner’s season and choosing to leave early, Joan found love while hosting *The Golden Bachelorette* and accepted a proposal from Chock Chapple.
During the November 2024 finale of *The Golden Bachelorette*, Joan shared a message of hope, saying, “We’re proof that even later in life, things can still work out.” Moments before Chock proposed in Bora Bora, she told him, “I’ve waited for this moment, in this beautiful place, to tell you that I love you. I want to spend my life with you – waking up with you every morning and kissing you goodnight.”

During the season 21 finale of *The Bachelorette*, it seemed like Jenn Tran, who previously appeared on *The Bachelor*, had found her happily ever after with Devin Strader. However, Jenn shared during the *After the Final Rose* episode in September 2024 that Devin became distant as soon as filming ended.
Jenn explained to Jesse Palmer that he had strongly declared his love for her, but the very next day acted as if nothing had happened and claimed he’d never been in love. She said all the promises and affection he’d expressed were suddenly gone.
The situation escalated when Devin posted a 13-minute video on Instagram explaining his perspective. In the video, he took responsibility for his actions and detailed the reasons behind their breakup, which he had initially discussed during a 15-minute phone call.
Jenn said he ended their relationship during a phone call in August, but he insists she pressed him about what was happening while he was attempting to tell her in person.
He said he’d been wanting to tell her face-to-face, but she pushed him to reveal it sooner than he’d planned. He felt like he didn’t have a choice.
Jenn then met Sasha Farber on the set of *Dancing With the Stars*, and the two became partners both on and off the dance floor. They continued dancing together even after being eliminated from the show in October 2024, but ultimately ended their relationship in 2025.

Greg Grippo, who appeared on Katie Thurston’s season of *The Bachelorette*, began dating Victoria Fuller from *Bachelor in Paradise* in November 2022. They announced their relationship on the season eight finale of *Bachelor in Paradise*, but Greg shared in April 2024 that they had broken up.

Before Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo revealed they were dating after the finale of *Bachelor in Paradise* season eight, Victoria had broken up with her fellow cast member, Johnny DePhillipo, ending their engagement.

Gerry and Theresa Nist got engaged in November 2023 on the final episode of the first season of *The Golden Bachelor*. They then got married in a televised ceremony in January 2024. They are now divorced.
However, three months after their nuptials, the couple announced that they were breaking up.
As a longtime follower, it was heartbreaking to hear Gerry and Theresa speak on *Good Morning America* in April 2024. They shared that they’ve had many honest and open talks about everything – their life together, their home, everything – and have sadly come to the mutual decision to end their marriage. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into this, and while it’s sad news, they seemed to be on the same page about needing to move forward separately.
They reached a divorce settlement in June 2024, according to court records reviewed by TopMob News.
In April 2025, Gerry shared on the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast that he’s seeing someone and things are progressing nicely.

Tennis star Joey has found love! After dating 32 women, he proposed to project manager Kelsey Anderson in March 2024. He told Kelsey, “I can’t wait another minute to tell you that I love you,” before asking her to marry him. He explained that her positive energy made him incredibly happy, a feeling he’d never experienced before. Joey shared that meeting Kelsey showed him just how wonderful his life could be, and he’s excited to build a future with her.

John Henry Spurlock, who competed for Charity Lawson’s affection, and Kat Izzo, from Zach Shallcross’ season, found a connection on *Bachelor in Paradise*, but their romance didn’t last. John proposed with a Neil Lane diamond, telling Kat she was everything he was looking for. However, shortly after the show’s finale, they announced their split. In a joint statement on Instagram, they explained that their differing career goals led them to realize they weren’t a long-term match, but they remained thankful for the support they received from family, friends, and fans.

Eliza Isichei, who previously dated Clayton Echard, is engaged! Despite initial anxieties about finding love again, she said yes to Aaron Bryant’s proposal by the ocean. She was especially touched that Aaron asked her mother for her blessing, admitting she was overcome with emotion.
However, their engagement didn’t last. After returning from Mexico, Eliza and Aaron experienced difficulties and ultimately decided to end their relationship. They announced their split in December 2023, sharing that they parted ways amicably with positivity and respect for each other.

Despite previously expressing disappointment that boyfriend Aven Jones hadn’t proposed in a traditional way-something he had reportedly been ready to do on *The Bachelorette* with Rachel Recchia-Kylee Russell accepted his proposal to try and make their relationship work on *Paradise*. Although she had a special engagement gown prepared, she felt she needed to follow her heart, believing that love requires taking chances. However, just two days after the show’s finale aired in December 2023, Kylee revealed on Instagram that the relationship had ended due to Aven’s infidelity. Aven later apologized, admitting he had made serious mistakes and hurt Kylee.

Charity Lawson is thrilled with how her season of *The Bachelorette* ended! She hinted to TopMob News that things were going well, but her finale was even more exciting than she let on. Dotun Olubeko, an integrative medicine specialist, proposed to Charity, a child and family therapist, getting down on one knee and calling their love “perfect.” He asked her to make their relationship a lasting reality.
Although they’re planning a wedding for 2025 or 2026, Charity will first be hitting the dance floor on *Dancing With the Stars*. Dotun surprised her with the news on *The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose*, saying he knew how much she loved to dance and that he was excited for her to take on this amazing opportunity.

Zach Shallcross proposed to Kaity Biggar at the end of season 27 in March 2023, despite some challenges along the way. He told Kaity, a travel nurse, that she was his world and he was deeply in love with her. In July 2023, the couple, who are based in Texas, announced they had taken their relationship a step further by becoming roommates.
Kaity and her partner got married on May 23, 2025, in a small, intimate chapel ceremony. They had originally planned a bigger wedding, but Kaity realized it wasn’t necessary. As she shared on the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast in June 2025, she wanted to focus on what really mattered – their love and connection – and felt she was getting too caught up in minor details.
However, one thing especially impressed her. The aunt who signed her up to compete for Zach’s affection discovered the chapel near Austin where they held their wedding. “It was exactly what we wanted,” Kaity explained.

Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, who seemed like a promising couple after meeting on *Bachelor in Paradise*, have broken up. Despite a strong connection – Danielle had previously experienced loss through her fiancé’s overdose, and Michael is a single dad to his son James – they split about a year after Danielle moved to Ohio to be with him. Michael explained on a podcast that while they loved each other, they weren’t compatible in the long run, and he’s mourning the loss of both the relationship and the future they had planned.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen many couples find love in unexpected places, and Brandon and Serene’s story was definitely one that captured hearts on *Paradise*. Brandon’s proposal – declaring his love ‘until the end of time’ – felt incredibly genuine, and they seemed so happy together. Sadly, just five months after their engagement aired, they announced their split. It’s always heartbreaking when a couple doesn’t work out, especially one that felt so promising. They shared that trying to navigate their relationship privately, while in the public eye, was incredibly difficult. They asked for kindness, acknowledging the deep love they still shared and the pain they were both feeling. It’s a reminder that even with strong feelings, relationships can be complex, and sometimes, despite your best efforts, things don’t work out as planned.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen relationships crumble for all sorts of reasons, and Rachel’s story is a tough one. Her engagement to Tino Franco fell apart when he kissed someone else while they were still filming the show. He’s since admitted it was a huge mistake – he’s said he deeply regrets his actions, that it wasn’t fair to Rachel, and that he still feels ashamed of it. He really wishes he could go back and handle things differently. It’s a powerful reminder that even when things are public, real feelings and consequences are at play.

Susie Evans and Clayton Echard’s relationship, which began on the 2022 season of *The Bachelor*, had a complicated journey. After Susie initially turned Clayton down during the finale, they briefly reconnected off-camera, but ultimately broke up six months later. Susie has explained that while they shared happy times, she wasn’t truly thriving in the relationship and felt it wasn’t allowing her to be her best self. She shared in a blog post that those close to her noticed she wasn’t as vibrant as she usually is, and that the breakup was necessary for her well-being.
Susie then started dating Justin Glaze from Bachelor Nation, but they ended their relationship in August 2024.

Michelle, an elementary school teacher from Minnesota, received a proposal and a $200,000 check for a future home from Nayte Olukoya, a sales executive from Texas, on a reality show. However, the couple ultimately decided they weren’t a good match and broke up six months after the show’s finale in December 2021. Nayte later admitted on a podcast that their relationship had many struggles and that ending things without an in-person conversation was a mistake.
Michelle later began dating Jack Leius in 2023, and they became engaged the following year. They were married in Minnesota in June 2025.

Fans were really hoping for a lasting relationship between Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian after seeing their connection on *Bachelor in Paradise*. However, the couple announced their split in January 2022 after only a few months together. In a joint statement, Maurissa and Riley explained that they had decided to go their separate ways to focus on personal growth, admitting they hadn’t expected to end up apart.

Status: Split
The first same-sex couple from *Bachelor in Paradise* got engaged during season six, but they revealed they had broken up in 2019 on Halloween.
Okay, so they posted this thing on Instagram, and honestly, it’s killing me, but I’ve read it like a million times. Basically, they said that love and caring for each other has *always* been the most important thing to them. They really emphasized that they’re doing what’s best for *them*, which, ugh, okay. But then they said they’re taking a step back, and it just… it broke my heart. They said they need to grow as individuals, and that right now, being apart is what’s best. It’s so sad, but they keep saying it’s full of love, which… I guess I get it? It just doesn’t make it hurt any less. They really want what’s best for *them* in the long run, and apparently, that doesn’t include being together right now. I just… I’m devastated for them, and honestly, for myself too.

Despite a breakup during season seven of *Bachelor in Paradise*, Noah Erb and Abigail Heringer realized they were meant to be together. The couple, who first competed for the hearts of Tayshia Adams and Matt James respectively, initially lived in San Diego before recently buying a house in Noah’s hometown of Tulsa. Abigail announced the exciting news on Instagram in July 2023, joking that they were entering their ‘Chip and Joanna Gaines era.’ They’re now planning their wedding after Noah proposed to Abigail in San Diego in August 2023.

Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile, who first connected on reality TV, secretly tied the knot in October 2022! The couple, who got engaged on *Bachelor in Paradise* after Joe’s memorable appearance on Becca Kufrin’s season, decided to have a small ceremony at City Hall near their home in New York City. They’re still planning a larger wedding celebration for September 2023, but as Serena Pitt (now co-host of the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast) put it, ‘Who doesn’t want to get married twice?!’

Kenny Braasch proposed to Mari Pepin with a Neil Lane diamond ring during the 2021 finale of *Paradise*, telling her, “I am so in love with you and can’t imagine my life without you.” Mari, who first appeared on *The Bachelor* and captured Matt’s attention, relocated to Chicago to be with Kenny. Before their November 2023 wedding-a 65-guest ceremony in Puerto Rico-the couple solidified their commitment with matching tattoos during a trip to the Bahamas in May 2023. Kenny was previously eliminated by Tayshia Adams in week five of *Paradise*.

Status: Married
Former Bachelorette Becca and Thomas Jacobs (one of Katie Thurston’s suitors) got together on Bachelor in Paradise season seven in 2021, broke up on the show, then reconciled after production wrapped.
In May 2022, they announced they were engaged, and that Becca proposed. “I hope that other people can now feel empowered and say it’s okay to bend the rules,” she told TopMob News. The real estate agent returned the favor that October. In September 2023, the two welcomed their first child, son Benson. Wrote Becca on Instagram, “No amount of words can begin to capture the amount of love and awe we have over this tiny man.”
Though she’s awfully fond of her 6-foot-6 guy as well. Weeks after bringing home Benson, the pair wed in a spontaneous Oct. 13 ceremony.

Status: Split
In the 2021 finale of *The Bachelorette*, Katie got engaged to Blake Moynes. They first admitted their feelings for each other during a memorable overnight date that included paintball, a relaxing soak in a cowboy tub, and a heartfelt conversation under the stars.
Blake proposed to Katie by getting down on one knee and telling her he wanted to support her dreams and be with her always. He said she deserved everything good in life.
It’s always sad when a relationship doesn’t work out, and this couple announced their split just three months after getting engaged. They shared a really gracious statement, saying they were thankful for everything they experienced together, but realized they were better off going their separate ways. It’s tough, but sometimes the most loving thing you can do is admit you’re not a long-term match. Now, I’m happy to share that she’s found happiness with comedian Jeff Arcuri – they’re married! It just goes to show, life takes unexpected turns, and sometimes those turns lead to wonderful new beginnings.
