Samson Aiming for Early 2026 Launch, Costs $25: “An Experience That Truly Punches Above Its Price”

Liquid Swords, a studio led by Christofer Sundberg, known for his work on Just Cause, recently announced their new action-adventure game, Samson. The game takes place in Tyndalston and centers around the main character’s journey to pay off a debt. Good news for players: the developers are targeting an early 2026 release, according to a recent FAQ.

The developers will announce a release date in the next few months, but they’ve already revealed the game, Samson, will cost $24.99. Because the game is made by a small, independent team without the expenses of a large company, they can offer it at a lower price.

We’re offering the game for $24.99, hoping players will check it out and find it delivers much more value than they’d expect for the price.

It won’t launch on all systems simultaneously. The console versions will come out later so Liquid Swords can focus on making the PC version the best it can be, and avoid overextending their resources.

Just to be clear, Samson is a single-player game and doesn’t have any multiplayer features or in-game purchases. The developers believe that once you buy the game, you own the complete experience.

At launch, the game will be available in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. The developers plan to add support for more languages later. However, voice acting will only be in English. Also, please be aware that this game is intended for mature audiences and contains violence, criminal activity, morally complex situations, drug use, and other mature themes.
