Seiko, known for its collaborations with popular brands like anime series, recently launched a special watch celebrating Pompompurin’s 30th anniversary. The watch is designed to capture the charm of the beloved golden retriever, featuring his colors and image. It’s a stylish and adorable way to keep track of time – and mark the years going by!

The new Pompompurin 30th Anniversary Seiko watch is a special collaboration celebrating the beloved character. Released three decades after Pompompurin first appeared in 1996, this watch is a stylish way to commemorate the milestone.

I noticed the watch face really captured Pompompurin’s look – it’s a warm yellow, like his golden retriever fur. The background is a matching yellow and features Pompompurin himself, wearing his classic beret. He’s smiling and giving his hamster friend, Muffin, a hug. Little paw prints and flowers are scattered around the design, and they even included the number 30 underneath him. As a fun detail, there’s a star on the watch face that looks just like the marking on his rear!

I noticed a really detailed caramel pudding featured prominently on the watch face – apparently, it’s the character’s favorite! It’s a sweet touch that they’ve even engraved an image of him with the pudding on the back, and cleverly formed the ’30th’ symbol from the pudding itself. Beyond that, the watch feels really well-made; it has a shiny stainless steel case, a durable glass crystal, and accurate quartz movement. It’s also water resistant up to 10 atmospheres.
