Savannah Chrisley and her ex Robert Shiver have called it quits—again.
Around four months after the former star of “Chrisley Knows Best” disclosed that she and her boyfriend, whom she started dating in August 2023, had split up, she later shared that they rekindled their relationship following the release from prison of her parents, Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley.
During the August 5th episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, Savannah shared, “After mom and dad left, my former partner and I pondered, ‘Perhaps it’s worth another try.’ We spent some time together, went on a trip, and had an incredible experience because we were more than just acquaintances; we were best friends.
However, following several weeks of maintaining their relationship discreetly, the 27-year-old admitted that she didn’t take long to be left without any communication, essentially being ignored or “ghosted.
She went on to say, “I’ve never experienced something like that before, so I wasn’t sure how to respond.” After 24 hours without a response from him, she said, “‘Savannah, you deserve more respectful treatment than this.’ Consequently, I chose to block him.
TopMob News has reached out to Robert’s reps for comment but has not heard back.
Yet, despite her continual praise of Robert, age 40, as an “extraordinary individual,” the reality TV personality was uncertain if he felt the same level of admiration towards her.
Well, let me tell you, I might as well be a ghost in his eyes, and it seems like he’s planning my farewell party without me. It’s tough, but hey, life goes on, right?
Regarding how Savannah feels following the end of their relationship for a second time with Robert? She conveyed that she is still in mourning, as this relationship had given her immense joy throughout the years.
Oh boy, let me tell you, I was absolutely heartbroken! You see, I’d dared to entertain the thought that this might just be my long-awaited opportunity for a do-over. And now, finding out it wasn’t, well, it felt like a punch in the gut.
She continued, “Our paths seemed to be stabilizing, leading towards each other,” she explained, “But after he visited my family and met my parents, just a week later, I was suddenly left without any contact. I’m unsure about the situation now.
Beyond the pain caused by their latest separation, Savannah discovered several truths regarding her personal value.
She shared that she felt deeply hurt, sorrowful, and broken-hearted. However, considering all the time, resources, and emotional investment she’d poured into the relationship, she ultimately recognized her worth and desired someone who would truly value her efforts and presence.
She went on to explain that a significant portion of her life was characterized by actions and behaviors she didn’t value herself for. To put it simply, she didn’t treat herself with the respect she deserved. Now, this new phase in her life is about discovering self-respect, standing up for herself, setting boundaries, and making choices that reflect her worth.
For a deep dive into the Chrisley family tree, keep reading.
Todd Chrisley is the head of the Chrisley family, having been born in Georgia in April 1969 and raised in South Carolina. He was previously married to Teresa Terry with whom he had a daughter Lindsie in 1989 and a son Kyle in 1991 before their separation. Later, Todd tied the knot with Julie Chrisley (born in South Carolina in January 1973) in 1996. Together, they expanded their family with children Chase, Savannah, Grayson, and the adoption of Kyle’s daughter Chloe. They faced struggles, including Julie’s cancer battle in 2012, which she has since overcome.
In the premiere of Chrisley Knows Best, a reality TV show that chronicled their life’s highs and lows, as well as their affluent lifestyle in Atlanta and later Nashville, Todd mentioned that he made “95 percent” of their income through his real estate business before venturing into reality TV. Julie, on the other hand, was employed at a bank when she started dating Todd.
The show ran from 2014 to 2023 and spawned spin-offs like Growing Up Chrisley and What’s Cooking With Julie? as well as other media ventures such as family members’ podcasts. In 2022, Todd and Julie were found guilty of fraud and tax offenses, receiving sentences of 12 years for Todd (served in Florida) and seven years for Julie (served in Kentucky). However, they both pleaded not guilty.
In May 2025, President Donald Trump granted them a pardon, and they were released from prison.
Lindsay Todd, born in September 1989, is Todd’s eldest daughter from his marriage to Teresa. She attended Georgia State University and met her former husband, Will Campbell, there. They got married in 2012, and she graduated and gave birth to their son, Jackson, the same year. The reality show “Chrisley Knows Best” debuted two years later.
Lindsay appeared on the show for five seasons, during which viewers saw the strained relationship between Todd and Will. She and Will divorced in 2016, and she left the show in 2017. There was a period of public discord with her family, but they reconciled briefly in 2022 on crossover episodes of their podcasts.
However, this reconciliation didn’t last long. In March 2025, Lindsay stated on her podcast “The Southern Tea” that she hasn’t seen her father for a while. A month later, she confirmed that she was also estranged from her siblings.
In an April 2025 episode of Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s podcast, “Cate & Ty Break It Down”, Lindsay said, “We can live in the same space doing the same things and not necessarily agree or align, and it’s no hate, it’s no ill will.” But after Julie and Todd were pardoned in May 2025, Lindsay wrote on Instagram Stories, “With God all things are possible.
Kyle, born on the 8th of August, 1991, is Todd’s first-born son from his previous marriage with Teresa. In November 2012, he became a father to a daughter named Chloe, who was born to his former partner, Angela Johnson. However, in 2016, Todd and Julie adopted Chloe.
Kyle only appeared on the first season of Chrisley Knows Best (with a brief appearance in 2021), but his past legal issues, tumultuous family relationships (which involved periods of estrangement and reconciliation), and personal struggles with addiction have often made news headlines. He has also been open about his mental health journey and recovery from addiction, posting on Facebook in 2019 that he is sober.
In 2021, Kyle married Ashley Nelson and became a father to her two children, Haiden and Mackenzie.
Regarding his relationship with Todd and Julie, Kyle has expressed his desire for reconciliation upon their release from prison. He shared with TopMob News in May 2025 that he remains hopeful for another opportunity to reconnect with them.
As a diehard fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about Chase, Todd Chrisley’s first-born son who graced us with his presence in June 1996. You might recognize him from “Chrisley Knows Best” where he stars alongside his remarkable family or perhaps from the spin-off series, “Growing Up Chrisley,” where he teamed up with his brilliant sister Savannah from 2019 to 2022.
Chase previously had a romantic journey with Emmy Medders, but after a series of ups and downs, they called it quits in 2023. Later that year, he found love anew with Jodi Laine Fournerat, and their adorable moments together can often be spotted on his Instagram feed, along with heartwarming snaps of him and grandma Nanny Faye Chrisley.
In a challenging time when his parents entered prison, Chase shared how the Chrisley family grew even closer. In an interview with Extra in 2023, he explained, “We’ve definitely gotten a lot closer. When you get hit with something like this, I feel like a lot of people either separate and go their own ways or they cling together, which is how we were raised. We’ve clung together and we’re still fighting.”
However, Chase found himself in a legal predicament in January 2025 when he was arrested in Atlanta on a simple battery charge for allegedly getting into a heated altercation with a bar manager after being asked to leave. His lawyers swiftly clarified that the incident was “entirely blown out of proportion” and assured fans that Chase did not assault anyone.
Besides his reality TV stardom, Chase is also an ambitious entrepreneur, having launched a candle brand and roofing company.
In August 1997, Todd and his partner, Julie, welcomed their daughter, Savannah. Known for her beauty pageant victories like Miss Tennessee Teen USA in 2016 and her appearances on various reality and competition shows such as Chrisley Knows Best, Growing Up Chrisley, The Masked Singer, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, Savannah is also a real estate agent in Tennessee, the founder of Good Girl RX, and host of the podcast Unlocked.
In her personal life, she became engaged to hockey player Nic Kerdiles in 2019 but broke up with him in 2020, and he tragically passed away after a motorcycle accident in 2023. Following this, she dated Robert Shiver; however, they parted ways in April 2025 after nearly two years together. During the time when her parents, Todd and Julie, were imprisoned, Savannah took custody of her siblings, Grayson and Chloe, and advocated for their release.
At the 2024 Republican National Convention, she emotionally shared, “72600019 and 72601019: These may be just numbers to you, but they’re my whole heart. These numbers are my parents’ identification numbers in our federal prison system.”
Trump eventually pardoned Todd and Julie, who were then released from prison. Savannah shared a touching video of their homecoming with the caption “Reunited and it feels so good.
Grayson is Todd and Julie’s youngest child, who was born in May 2006. He gained prominence when the show “Chrisley Knows Best” debuted eight years later. Currently, he attends the University of Alabama, and people recognize him there. In an episode of Savannah’s podcast “Unlocked” in February 2025, he said it had been intense, with more attention than ever before.
After Todd and Julie went to prison, Savannah took custody of Grayson and his sister Chloe. In July 2023, she wrote on Instagram that she was not their mother or father, but rather their older sister, caring for and guiding them through life. Being a bonus parent, she added, is challenging but extremely rewarding.
Savannah’s relationship with Grayson deepened over time. On his 18th birthday in May 2024, she wrote on Instagram that many people might think she had rescued him, but the truth was that he had saved her instead.
As a lifestyle expert,
“Back in November 2012, Chloe came into our lives when my son Kyle had a child with his ex, Angela Johnson. Although they were initially her grandparents, we adopted her four years later. My heart overflowed on Instagram in February 2018, as I penned, ‘This child has brought immense joy to our family. What did we do without you?’
On the reality show Chrisley Knows Best, fans watched us raise Chloe, or CoCo as we fondly call her. However, when Todd and I entered prison, my sister Savannah took on the role of guardian.
For Chloe’s 11th birthday in November 2023, Savannah wrote a heartfelt message: ‘Watching her grow has been the greatest blessing of my life… she possesses an extraordinary personality! I wish I had her humor, her carefree spirit, and her generous heart. She embodies everything that I aspire to be one day! Each day brings something new from her, and because of her, we are all better people. I love you, sweet girl! Keep shining, never give up, and always remember… I am here for you.’
When the news broke about Trump pardoning Todd and Julie, Savannah shared Chloe’s reaction on News Nation in May 2025: ‘Chloe seems to still be in shock, and she’s hesitant because she fears something bad might happen. But I am thrilled at the prospect of bringing Daddy home to her.’
Faye Chrisley, affectionately known as “Nanny”, is Todd’s mother. In a heartfelt post for Mother’s Day in 2021, Todd expressed his deep love and gratitude towards her. Born in September 1944, Nanny grew up in South Carolina and married army veteran Gene Chrisley. Together they had three sons: Todd, Randy, and Derrick (who unfortunately passed away as a baby). Gene also passed away in 2012.
On the show “Chrisley Knows Best”, Nanny became a fan favorite with her wit, fun times with sister Frances (who sadly passed away in 2022), dating escapades, and advice. She showed viewers how to enjoy life whether she was at the casino, enjoying a glass of wine, or spending time with family.
Nanny has faced tough times too, including her diagnosis with bladder cancer in 2021. However, she shared that she had overcome this health battle by 2023. In an episode of Lindsie’s podcast “The Southern Tea”, as reported by People, Nanny said, “I’m in remission, thank God… I’ve been out moving around, doing the best I can.”
Nanny has always approached life with resilience, as she once said on Savannah’s podcast “Unlocked”, “The world don’t always give you a good deck of cards to play with, so you play with them the best you can. You get up, brush yourself off and keep going.”
