Savannah Chrisley is ready to take the next step in her weight loss journey.

The 28-year-old woman shared that she previously tried a weight loss medication, but stopped using it because it made her lose her appetite.
She admitted she’s a big foodie, which makes it tough when she’s working on set and can’t eat. She explained that while filming, she often finds herself thinking about how much she enjoys food.
But after a series of blood tests, Savannah said sheâs ready to try a new prescription.
She shared that she really likes taking tirzepatide because it doesnât cause as many unpleasant side effects as other medications sheâs tried. She also appreciates being able to track changes in her health â like her biological age and A1C levels â by comparing blood tests before and after starting the medication.

Savannah also mentioned she doesn’t worry about what people think of how she looks.
She stated that everyone is entitled to their opinion, but she personally believes that feeling comfortable and healthy in your own body is the most important thing. She also admitted she wants to be very thin, to the point where people might even express concern for her well-being.
After Julie said she’d take the medication alongside her daughter, Savannah confessed she’d been a little unrealistic about how much weight she hoped to lose.
âI don’t want to lose my ass,â she quipped, âbut I want to be pretty thin.â

As someone who’s always focused on well-being, I want to share a bit about my health journey. Back in 2023, I had a bit of a scare that really made me re-evaluate things. After talking it over with my doctor, I started using a GLP-1 medication, and I’ve been open about that since October of 2025. It’s been a positive step for me, and I’m happy to share my experience if it helps others.
Jonathan shared in a TikTok video that after experiencing a health scare, he planned to get a colonoscopy. If the results were clear, he intended to start using a GLP-1 medication, explaining he simply wasn’t feeling well.
Jonathan shared that heâs in the best shape of his life after losing weight and starting Pilates at Solidcore. He said, âIâve always wanted abs, and now I finally have them!â He also added that heâs feeling great and enjoying showing off his new physique by taking his shirt off more often.
Even after losing 70 pounds with medication, Jonathan continued to champion body positivity.
They explained they believe in body neutrality â the idea that your value as a person isn’t tied to how you look. You deserve love and appreciation regardless of your body type or appearance.

The comedian began taking the medication Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes in late 2022. She revealed her significant weight loss in May 2025.
I’ve been seeing a lot of talk online about people’s journeys with medications like Mounjaro, and it really struck me when I saw Rosie’s recent Instagram post. She shared a photo and wrote, ‘I can’t believe this is me now,’ along with hashtags about weight loss and body dysmorphia. It’s a really honest and vulnerable post, and it highlights something I talk about a lot with my clients: weight loss is amazing, but it’s also so important to address how it impacts your self-image and mental wellbeing. It’s a reminder that transformation isn’t just physical; it’s about feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin, whatever that looks like.

Meghan Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara, bonded closely after the birth of their son, Riley, in 2021. They took on the challenging 75 Hard fitness program and successfully completed it, as Meghan shared on their podcast, Workinâ On It. She enthusiastically shared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she fully supports anyone considering Ozempic, saying, âI have no judgment â do what makes you feel good!â
Honestly, what she said really resonated with me. She explained that she wants to break down the shame people feel when they’re trying to change their bodies, because so much of that shame isn’t coming from within. She believes it’s actually coming from people who want you to stay as you are â people who are bothered by your growth. It’s like they’re threatened when you start prioritizing your health and happiness, because they’ve built their own self-worth on keeping you down. She pointed out that when you start to thrive, it challenges their negativity, and that’s what makes them angry.

The model stated in December 2024 that she previously used Ozempic, but she quit using it when she began competing on Dancing With the Stars the prior autumn.

In a September 2024 episode of her podcast, Dream On, Kate Mossâs younger sister shared that starting Ozempic was âthe worst decisionâ she ever made.
The model became sick after accidentally taking a dose of medication intended for someone much larger â around 220 pounds or heavier â and had to be hospitalized.

A former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta shared that she wasn’t successful in losing weight using the weight-loss injection.
She explained that a certain treatment didn’t reduce her hunger at all. Unlike some people who lost their appetite, she continued to eat normally â appetizers, a full meal, and even dessert. She admitted that seeing others succeed with the treatment while it didn’t work for her left her feeling down and questioning why she was different.

I’m not a medical professional, but I’ve been following the discussions around different treatments and what’s proving effective. I believe Ozempic can be helpful for some, but it also carries potential risks.

The actress explained to Francesca Amiker of TopMob News that itâs crucial to remember medications are prescribed for specific individuals and shouldn’t be used simply for cosmetic reasons.
Raven said, “Take care of business, but please make sure the medicine goes to those who really need it.”

In September 2023, the host of Talk U.K. shared that she lost 42 pounds after using the medication Ozempic earlier that year.
She told TopMob News that the decision is entirely yours. She also clarified that using something to aid weight loss isn’t something to be ashamed of, and is perfectly acceptable.
She added, “We don’t have to bulls–t.”

Senator Schumer, known for being honest about her health choices, explained, âJust be upfront with people. I openly admitted I had liposuction.â
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the conversation around Ozempic closely. I personally tried it back in 2022 and became really interested at first, but ultimately it just wasn’t sustainable for me. It got in the way of being fully present with my son, Gene, and that was something I couldnât compromise on. Itâs a reminder that what works for one person doesnât always work for another, and family time is truly priceless.
I remember being too sick to play with my son,” Schumer shared. “I was really thin at the time, and he was throwing a ball at me, but I just didn’t have the energy to react.

Okay, so he basically said â and this is HUGE â if there’s a treatment that could actually help, people should seriously consider it! I mean, it sounds obvious, but coming from him, it’s like a green light! It’s everything I’ve been hoping for, that he acknowledges there could be something to help us. I’m telling you, this is a game changer!

They state they fully follow all U.S. laws and regulations when promoting their products, and they rely on healthcare professionals to make appropriate treatment decisions based on each patientâs individual needs.

Comedian Chelsea Handler is speaking out about her experience with Ozempic. She says her doctor prescribed the drug for anti-aging purposes without fully explaining what it was.
She revealed on the January 25, 2023 episode of Call Her Daddy that she hadn’t realized she was trying to lose weight. Someone had told her, ‘If you want to lose five pounds, this will help.’
But while she tried the drug, Handler noted that she didn’t like how it made her feel.
She remembered returning from vacation and immediately using the medication. A few days later, while having lunch with a friend, the friend mentioned feeling nauseous and revealed she was taking Ozempic. She realized she was feeling similarly unwell, but initially attributed it to jet lag from her trip to Spain.
Handler eventually stopped taking the medication because she didn’t need it for medical reasons, and she shared her leftover supply with friends.

She didn’t need to lose a lot of weight herself, but she was curious to try it after seeing so many of her patients use it. She wanted to experience what it was like for someone who isn’t diabetic and only needs to lose a small amount of weight â around ten to fifteen pounds.
Dr. Dubrow wouldn’t say exactly how much weight he lost or how long he used the medication, but he has confirmed he’s stopped taking it.
He decided to stop taking the medication because he wanted to regain his appetite and had been feeling mildly nauseous.
