Ever since the season finale, viewers have been wondering if ‘School Spirits‘ will be back for a fourth season.
Good news for fans! Paramount+ has confirmed that School Spirits will return for a fourth season, resolving questions about the show’s future after its recent finale.
The streaming service confirmed a new season on March 24th, just under a month after the third season ended on March 4th. This quickly secures the future of the popular supernatural series.
Viewers will be happy to hear this, as many expected another season of School Spirits. The last episodes ended on a cliffhanger, strongly suggesting season 4 was on the way.
Paramount announced that the show finished its third season strong, receiving positive reviews and a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Okay, so Paramount+ hasn’t given us a date for season four yet, but the fact that they’re making another season is a really good sign. That season three finale left us on a major cliffhanger, and it sounds like they definitely plan to explore what happens next – which, as a viewer, I’m thrilled about!
As a huge fan of the show, I wasn’t surprised when Paramount+ admitted there were still a lot of unanswered questions after the finale – things with Maddie, Split River High, and just the overall consequences of how the season ended. Honestly, it felt like a second season wasn’t just a possibility, but something they needed to do to tie everything up.
The upcoming season will have the same creative team behind it. Nate and Megan Trinrud will return as showrunners and executive producers, with Oliver Goldstick continuing as a consultant. Star Peyton List will also remain an executive producer in addition to her role as the lead actress.
School Spirits is available to stream Paramount Plus – you can sign up for Paramount Plus now.
