In an exclusive report by Us Weekly, it has been revealed that Scott Wolf has applied for a restraining order against his separated spouse, Kelley Wolf, during their challenging divorce proceedings.
Based on court documents we’ve acquired, it was on Tuesday, June 24th that Scott applied for a temporary restraining order.
In connection with his petition, the 57-year-old actor submitted a statement. A statement was also filed under the name Michael Wolf, who happens to be one of Scott’s siblings.
The court documents, filed in Utah, are sealed.
A confidant of Kelley, author of ‘FLOW Finding Love Over Worry’, who has experience in mental health and is 48 years old, shared with Us that it’s heartbreaking for the children, but Kelley is determined to put up a fierce battle for her kids.
The insider continued, “It is not warranted, it’s cruel. And it’s incorrect.”
Initially, our team brought you the news, it was revealed that Scott, who got married to Kelley in 2004, filed for divorce on June 9th. Their three offspring – Jackson (age 16), Miller (age 12), and Lucy (age 11) – are the products of this union.
Scott announced that he has chosen to end his 21-year marriage with Kelley. He emphasized that their children have always been, and continue to be, the center of their lives. Therefore, he requests seclusion during this transition period as they support their kids in navigating this new phase.
Kelly made her own announcement. Previously known as a cast member on ‘The Real World’, she stated, “I started the separation process nearly a year ago. I’ve been working diligently for months to finalize the divorce, but hold-ups with my legal team have hindered the progress.
She stated, “Indeed, the petition originated from the other side, however, it’s important to note: I’ve been mourning this marriage for quite some time. This isn’t about evasion — it’s about acknowledgment. I’m no longer in the throes of grief. Instead, I’m deep into recovery. Absolutely.
On June 13, Kelly was briefly held by officers from the Utah sheriff’s department while she was live streaming on Instagram. She was then transported to a nearby hospital before being discharged shortly afterwards.
Prior to the conclusion of the Instagram Live stream, Kelly could be heard conversing with the police officers, saying, “This is disgraceful. You should feel embarrassed, gentlemen. I’m well aware of what I’m doing; this is my line of work. Shame on each and every one of you.
Kelly has been openly expressing herself on social media ever since her release. She asserted that she was “constrained” or “restricted” by a “relatively small yet highly vocal circle” of friends.
In line with our earlier report, I can confirm that on the very same day when Kelly was taken into custody, it was our home in Summit County that prompted a response from the local Sheriff’s Office.
Today marked the second time I contacted the authorities regarding my brother-in-law. My marriage is going through a tough divorce, and my husband is supposed to be assisting with our children’s care. However, I don’t feel secure at home with him there, as stated in the incident report.
The report noted that while on the scene investigating an unidentified man reported a past assault.
According to the reported victim, a yet-unknown female allegedly strangled him during the month of March. This event supposedly took place within the confines of a bedroom. The reported victim asserted that the woman encircled his neck with her hands, but not tightly enough to cut off blood circulation.
However, he later told officers that the choke may have restricted blood and air flow.
The officers left the home without any arrests.
An officer called the alleged victim two days later to talk about potential charges.
However, he told the officer he did not want to move forward with pressing charges.
According to the report, the person who was said to be the victim stated that they no longer wanted to proceed with the charges due to some new occurrences related to [redacted], which they thought might offer a resolution for those individuals.
Scott has yet to speak out since his original statement.
