It’s been approximately three years since “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” debuted on Disney+. Since then, fans have been speculating about whether characters from this Marvel Studios series will reappear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Although it’s rumored that the lead actress, Tatiana Maslany, may return as She-Hulk sooner rather than later, the future of a beloved character remains uncertain. In a recent conversation with “Twisted Metal,” actress Patty Guggenheim discussed her Marvel character, Madisynn, and whether she might reappear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the near future. Unfortunately, it seems that Guggenheim is just as much in the dark about this matter as fans are. She expressed hope by saying, “You simply have to trust the gods, the Thors, the Marvel gods, to decide if there’s a way for it to resurface that fits logically within the universe.
Initially, Madisynn seemed to be part of “Agatha All Along,” but the creator found it difficult to fit her character seamlessly into the storyline. We inquired about playing Madisynn from Guggenheim, and she shared her delightful experience, expressing that it was like a gateway had opened, unveiling a vast community of fans creating fan fiction and art based on this unique character. She finds the creativity astounding and enjoys everyone’s ideas and enthusiasm for Madisynn. However, she is unsure when Marvel Studios will reintroduce her character.
As a die-hard movie fan, I was thrilled to attend San Diego Comic-Con last month for the promotion of Twisted Metal. During the event, the talented showrunner, Guggenheim, dropped some exciting hints about a potential spinoff that would bring together her character and everyone’s favorite magical protector, Wong, in an intriguing new series.
However, when it comes to speculations about a second season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Guggenheim admitted that she isn’t privy to such information just yet. In her own words, “I don’t think I would be the one to know when they make that call. I think I’ll be the last to know. That’s how it goes.” So, fellow fans, let’s stay tuned for updates on these exciting possibilities!
Despite her ongoing status as Madisynn in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Guggenheim has stepped into a new role on another popular show – Season 2 of Peacock’s “Twisted Metal.” Known for his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Anthony Mackie also stars in this series, which is adapted from the famous video game franchise. In the upcoming season of Twisted Metal, Guggenheim plays Raven, a character known for being exceptionally sly, merciless, and unpredictable. Originally portrayed by Neve Campbell in the first season, Raven is a role with multiple versions, each controlling different territories. This version of Raven will indeed participate in the tournament herself.
