In addition to unveiling the project title, Ishii declared that the actual development phase will commence. This initiative is backed by over 33.5 million yen raised through crowdfunding, which is approximately 670% of its initial 5 million yen goal. Furthermore, a specific company has also offered sponsorship for this project.
A statement is being worked on at present, but the exact date for its release hasn’t been set yet. However, Ishii hinted that he might reveal it as soon as July 13.
Furthermore, it has been revealed that Kousei Amano, known for his role as Shinya Kano in the game “428: Shibuya Scramble”, and Yuto Nakamura, recognized for playing Achi Endo in the same game, will be part of the cast for “Shibuya Scramble Stories” alongside those previously announced. Additionally, Aya Kamiki, who sang the theme song “Sekai wa Sore Demo Kawari wa Shinai” for “428: Shibuya Scramble”, will be returning to provide the theme song for “Shibuya Scramble Stories”.
Platforms and a release date for Shibuya Scramble Stories are still to be announced.
